Typical case sampling method, one of the purposefulsampling methods, was used in the research. According to this study,110 pre-school teachers, who are working in schools close to the cityaverage level, class sizes, parents' socio-economic status and educationlevels in Erzurum province participated in the study in the spring termof 2018-2019 academic year. In the study “personal information formand classroom management skill level scale” was used as datacollection tool. Descriptive and predictive statistics were used toanalyze the data. As a result, it was found that the classroommanagement skills of preschool teachers did not differ significantlyaccording to the age, position, education level, income level and age ofthe students in the classroom.
