The research was designed with a predictive correlational model. The study included 315 teachers selected by simple random sampling method. "Organizational Trust Scale" and "Teachers' Attitudes towards Staying at School Scale" were used to collect the data. Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient was used to determine the relationship between variables and multiple regression analysis was used for prediction. According to the results of the study, it was seen that the level of teachers' perception of organizational trust and their attitudes towards staying at school were high. It was determined that there were positive and moderately significant relationships between organizational trust and teachers' attitudes towards staying at school. Teachers' perceptions of organizational trust were found to be a positive predictor of teachers' attitudes towards staying at school and 38% of the variance of tea.Bu araştırmanın amacı öğretmenlerin örgütsel güven algı düzeylerinin okulda kalma tutumlarına olan etkisini incelemektir. Araştırma yordayıcı korelasyonel modeliyle desenlenmiştir. Araştırmaya basit seçkisiz örnekleme yöntemi ile seçilen 315 öğretmen dahil olmuştur. Araştırma verilerinin toplanması amacıyla "Örgütsel Güven Ölçeği" ve "Öğretmenlerin Okulda Kalma Tutumu Ölçeği" kullanılmıştır. Değişkenler arasındaki ilişkiyi belirlemek adına Pearson Momentler Çarpımı Korelasyon Katsayısı yordama için çoklu regresyon analizi yapılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre öğretmenlerin örgütsel güven algı düzeyleri ve okulda kalma tutumlarına ait düzey yüksek olduğu görülmüştür. Örgütsel güven ve öğretmenlerin okulda kalma tutumları arasında pozitif yönlü orta düzeyde anlamlı ilişkiler olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
