Lider-üye etkileşimi ve çatışma yönetim stili ilişkisi

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı, lider-üye etkileşiminin kalitesini ve örgüt içerisindeki çatışmayı yönetmede liderler tarafından sıklıkla kullanılan çatışma yönetim stilini belirlemek ve lider-üye etkileşimi ile lider tarafından sıklıkla kullanılan çatışma yönetim stili arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir ilişkinin var olup olmadığını ortaya koymaktır. Araştırma sonucunda; lider-üye etkileşiminin kalitesi oldukça yüksek bulunmuş, liderlerin sıklıkla kullandıkları çatışma yönetim stili problem çözme olarak belirlenmiş ve lider-üye etkileşimi ile belirlenen çatışma yönetim stili arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı ve pozitif yönde bir ilişki bulunmuştur.

The purpose of this study is to determine the quality of leader-member exchange and conflict management style which is often used by leaders, and to examine whether there is a statistically significant relationship between leader-member exchange and conflict management style which is often used by leaders. At the result of research; the quality of leader-member exchange was found quite highly, problem solving was determined as conflict management style which is often used by leaders, and a statistically significant and positive relationship was found between leader-member exchange and conflict management style which is often used by leaders.
