ÖZEL ÖĞRETİM YÖNTEMLERİ VE ÖĞRETMENLİK UYGULAMALARI DERSLERİNDE DİN KÜLTÜRÜ VE AHLAK BİLGİSİ DERSİNİN ÖĞRETİM TASARIMI

Abstract

İlahiyat Fakülteleri DKAB öğretmenliği programında öğretmenlik mesleğine hazırlayıcı teorik dersler yanında uygulamaya yönelik Özel Öğretim Yöntemleri ve Öğretmenlik Uygulaması dersleri de vardır. Öğretmen adayları diğer formasyon dersleri ile kazanmış oldukları teorik bilgileri bu derslerde uygulama fırsatı bulurlar. Ancak pedagojik formasyon derslerinin farklı dönemlerde okutulması, eğitim-öğretim konularının geniş çerçevede işlenmesi ve bir kısım bilgilerin zamanla unutulması gibi nedenlerle, öğrenciler, mesleki birikimlerini tek bir derse hazırlık ve sunum konusunda bir araya getirip kullanmakta zorluk yaşamaktadırlar. Bu durumda aday öğretmenler, işleyeceği konuya nasıl hazırlanacağı, öğretim tasarımında nelere dikkat etmesi gerektiği ve dersi nasıl işleyeceği konularında ciddi bir rehberliğe ihtiyaç duymaktadırlar. İşte bu çalışma öğretmen adaylarının uygulama derslerinde üstlendikleri ilk görevlerini daha iyi yerine getirmeleri için öğretim tasarımı konusunda katkı sağlamayı amaçlamıştır. Araştırmada analiz, tasarım, geliştirme, uygulama ve değerlendirme aşamalarından oluşan ve genel öğretim tasarımı olarak bilinen ADDIE öğretim tasarım modelinden yararlanılmıştır

DKAB (Religious Culture and Moral Knowledge) teaching program of Faculty of Theology has Special Teaching Methods and Teaching Application lessons as well as theoretical lessons preparing to teaching profession. Teacher candidates have opportunity to practice the theoretical information they acquired by other formation lessons, in these lessons. However, students have difficulty in collect and use their professional experiences in preparation and presentation for one lesson as pedagogical formation lessons are instructed in different periods, education-training subjects are taught in large scope and certain knowledge are forgotten in time. In this case, candidate teachers need a serious guidance on how they prepare the lesson he/she will teach, what he/she should pay attention in instructional design and how he/she teaches the lesson. Here this study has purposed to make a contribution to instructional design so that teacher candidates can carry out their first duties better which they undertake in practice lessons. In the research, it has been taken advantage of ADDIE instructional design model that consists of design, developing, practice and evaluation steps and is known as general instructional design.
