| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada, BIST bilişim sektöründe yer alan iki önemli firmanın şirket değerleme yöntemlerinden biri olan indirgenmiş nakit akımları yöntemine göre değerlemesi yapılmıştır. Firmalar indirgenmiş nakit akımları yöntemine göre değerlenirken, firmaya göre nakit akımları ve öz sermayeye göre nakit akımları olmak üzere iki yöntem kullanılmıştır. Bu çalışma bahsedilen yöntemlerin BIST bilişim sektörü üzerinde anlamlı ve uygulanabilir sonuçlar verip vermediğini araştırmak amacıyla yapılmıştır. Firms have been unexamined according to the free cash flows to equity and firm.
