New Approaches in Civil Engineering Education

The spread of the digital transformation, which started with Industry 3.0, along with the developing technology, has affected the construction and education sectors as well as different professions and industry groups. It is seen that the use of technologies such as building information modeling (BIM), cyber-physical systems (CPS), laser scanners, virtual reality, augmented reality and artificial intelligence has increased with Construction 4.0, especially in the design and construction management stages. It is inevitable that students, who are in these technological and digital transformations, need different methods in terms of perceiving information compared to other generations. While traditional methods are effective for the Y generation and the old, traditional methods lose their effect in the Z and future generations. This situation necessitated a change in education methods and revealed the concept of Education 4.0. In this study, new methods used in civil engineering education, especially in the last 10 years, were investigated. The results obtained from the use of the methods found as a result of the research in civil engineering education, and the advantages and disadvantages of these methods were examined.
The Relationship Between Trait Anxiety Levels And Future Expectations Of Young Individuals

The future expectations of the youth of university-age can influence many of their decisions like the choice of university till their life plans. Many factors, including the psychological state, can affect the expectation for the future. In this study, the relationship between anxiety, which is one of the mentioned psychological factors, and future expectation was examined. A total of 1026 people from various cities of Turkey were enrolled in the special talent exam held by Bayburt University School of Physical Education and Sports. The state and trait anxiety scale developed by Spielberger and his friends was used.The Turkish reliability and validity study of the scale was conducted by Öner and Le Compte. The trait anxiety dimension of the related scale was used. The Future Visions Scale developed by Ginevra and his friends was used. The Turkish reliability and validity study of the scale was conducted by Akça and his friends. Research data were analyzed using SPSS 25 package program. As a result, there is a moderate negative relationship between the trait anxiety scores of all individuals participating in the research and the optimism and hope sub-dimensions of the future expectations scale, and a moderate positive relationship was found in the pessimism sub-dimension. In the correlation test according to gender, there is a negative moderate relationship in the optimism and hope sub-dimensions, and a positive moderate relationship in the pessimism sub-dimension in both female and male individuals. In the analysis made for another variable, the type of high school graduation, although there was a negative moderate relationship between trait anxiety and optimism and hope sub-dimensions, a positive moderate relationship was found with the pessimism sub-dimension.
Öğretmenlerin Spora Yönelik Tutumlarının Çeşitli Değişkenler Açısından İncelenmesi (Bayburt İli Örneği)

İnsan hayatında önemli bir yer tutan ve yaşamın hemen hemen her evresinde karşılaştığımız spor kavramına yönelik, çeşitli aracılar vasıtasıyla birtakım tutumlar sergileyebiliyoruz. Bu evreler içerisinde olan eğitim ve öğretim ortamında sporun görünen yüzü olarak karşımıza öğretmenler çıkmaktadır. Öğretmenlerin spora yönelik tutumlarının, öğrencilerin spora bakışlarının olumlu ya da olumsuz yönde gelişmesi açısından bir etki ortaya çıkaracağı söylenebilir. Bu bağlamda araştırmanın amacı; Bayburt ilinde görev yapan öğretmenlerin spora yönelik tutumlarının yaş, cinsiyet, görev yılı, medeni durum, okul tipi, okulun bulunduğu yer, branş, spor yapma ve aktif spor yapma değişkenlerine göre incelemektir. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu Bayburt ilinde görev yapan öğretmenler oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın veri toplama aracı kişisel bilgi formu ve anket formudur. Çalışmamızda 2021 yılında Bayburt ilinde görev yapan 249 öğretmenin spora yönelik tutumu üzerinde çalışılmıştır. Bu bağlamda spora yönelik tutumu ölçmek için Şentürk (2012) tarafından geliştirilen "spora yönelik tutum ölçeği" kullanılmıştır. Bu bağlamda elde edilen veriler IBM SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) 26 programında yer alan "bağımsız örneklem t-testi, one-way anova, post-hoc testleri, Pearson korelasyon analizi" sonuçlarına göre raporlandırıldı. Çalışma sonucunda; cinsiyet değişkenine göre erkek katılımcıların, yaş değişkenine göre 30 yaş altı katılımcıların, medeni durum değişkenine göre bekar katılımcılarım spora yönelik tutumlarının daha yüksek olduğu görülmüştür. Aktif spor yapma ve spor yapma değişkenine göre spor yapan katılımcıların bariz bir şekilde spora yönelik tutumlarının daha yüksek olduğu görülmüştür. Görev yılı, görev yapılan okul türü ve görev yapılan okulun bulunduğu yer değişkenlerine göre çok fazla fark olmamasına rağmen 5 yıl altı çalışan, köyde ve lisede görev yapan katılımcıların spora yönelik tutumların yüksek olduğu görülmüştür.
TÜRKİYE’DE DOĞRUDAN YABANCI SERMAYE YATIRIMLARI İLE EKONOMİK BÜYÜME ARASINDAKİ İLİŞKİNİN FOURIER YAKLAŞIMI İLE ANALİZİ

Gelişmekte olan ülkelerin kalkınmasının önündeki en önemli engel
sermaye birikimlerinin yetersiz olmasıdır. 1990’lı yıllarda hızlanan
küreselleşme ile birlikte dünya üzerinde sınırlı düzeyde olan sermaye ülkeler
arasında dolaşmaya başlamış ve doğrudan yabancı sermaye yatırımları
(DYSY) önem kazanmıştır. Böylece bir işletmenin başka bir ülkede tesis
kurarak üretim yapmasını ya da var olan bir üretim tesisini satın almasını ifade
eden DYSY’nin akım düzeyi dünya genelinde artış eğilimine geçmiştir.
Çünkü küreselleşme ile birlikte sermaye hareketi kontrolleri kaldırılmış,
teknolojide gelişmeler yaşanmış, işgücü ve hammadde maliyetleri düşmüş,
dünya çapında özelleştirmeler hızlanmış, mali teşvikler artmış, vergi oranları
düşmüş ve makroekonomik ve politik istikrar yaşanmaya başlanmıştır.
