Analysis of amplitude and slope diffraction coefficients
Özet
The diffraction mechanism is used for field prediction in both light and shadowed regions. Slope and amplitude diffraction coefficients are vital to predict the field strength at the receiver accurately. In this paper, amplitude and slope diffraction coefficients for one of the ray theoretical models, the slope uniform theory of diffraction with convex hull (S-UTD-CH) model, are analyzed. Moreover, diffraction coefficients are given for knife-edge and wedge structures. © TÜBİTAK.

Effect of the number of cycles on the optical and structural properties of Mn3O4 nanostructures obtained by SILAR technique
Bayram O.; Simsek O.; Guney H.; Igman E.; Murat Ozer M. (Springer New York LLC, 2018)In this study, nanostructured Mn3O4 (manganese oxide) thin films were successfully obtained by successive ionic layer adsorption and reaction (SILAR) method on the soda lime glass substrates using Manganese Nitrate (Mn(NO3)2) ... -
Improvements on slope diffraction for multiple wedges
Tabakcioglu M.B.; Kara A. (2010)This article proposes an improved slope uniform theory of diffraction model for fast and more accurate field prediction for multiple wedge diffractions in the transition zone. The proposed method is based on the slope ... -
Gamma-ray attenuation coefficients and transmission thickness of high consistency heavyweight concrete containing mineral admixture
Gökçe H.S.; Öztürk B.C.; Çam N.F.; Andiç-Çakır Ö. (Elsevier Ltd, 2018)In the study, high consistency heavyweight concrete mixtures containing barite aggregate were produced by using some common mineral admixtures (viscosity modifier, silica fume and fly ash) at various water/binder ratios ...
