Examining the Relationship between School Principals' Leadership Behaviours and School Effectiveness in the Context of Four Framework Leadership Approach

The purpose of this study is to analyse the leadership behaviours of school principals in the context of four framework leadership models and to analyse their relationship with school effectiveness. The research was conducted in Isparta in the 2023-2024 academic year. The research sample consists of 395 teachers. In the research, which was described with a quantitative research design, data were collected with the "Leadership Orientation Scale" and "Perceived School Effectiveness Scale". According to the findings, while teachers perceive school principals' behaviours related to all leadership frameworks at a very high level, their perceptions of school effectiveness are also at a high level.
