Öğe The Investigation of Perceptions of Primary School Principals and Teachers According to Different Variables Regarding The Fields That Need To Be Improved at Schools(Bayburt University, 2021) Altunay, Esen; Akmeşe, Pelin Piştav; Ercan, GülThis research is a descriptive study which examines the perceptions of primary school principals and teachers about the fields that need to be improved at schools. The sample of the research is proportional cluster sampling that includes 1539 participants chosen from primary school principals and teachers. According to the findings of this research, the perceptions of primary school principals and teachers on the fields that need to be improved at school meet the level of " very high " as the total score. It was found that the participants rated the sub-dimensions of "Physical-Technical Opportunities" as the lowest and the sub-dimensions of "School Administrator" as the highest in the sub-dimensions of the schools need to be improveed. The perceptions of primary school principals and teachers about the fields that need to be improved at schools differ according to their seniority, their serving time at the school, the socio-economic level and the rank of the school and their majors.
