    The Relationship Between Curriculum Literacy Levels and Critical Thinking Tendencies of Teachers

    The purpose of this research is to examine the relationship between teachers' curriculum literacy and critical thinking tendencies. In the research, 364 teachers working in Aydın province Efeler district took part. In this quantitative study, the corelational survey model was used. Personal Information Form, Teachers' Program Literacy Scale and Critical Thinking Tendency Scale were applied to the teachers as data collection tools. Descriptive statistics, independent samples t-test, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) and Pearson correlation test were used for data analysis. According to the results obtained in the study, it was seen that the total scores of the curriculum literacy and the average scores of the sub-dimensions of the teachers differed significantly according to their professional seniority, type of school and branch. According to the results obtained in the study, it was observed that the total scores of critical thinking tendency and the average scores of its sub-dimensions differed significantly according to their professional seniority, but did not differ significantly according to school type and branch. Finally, a moderate, positive relationship was found between teachers' curriculum literacy and critical thinking tendencies.
