    THE TRENDS IN HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT IN TEXTILE ENTERPRISES MAKING SUBCONTRACTING

    Automation of production with Industry 4.0 applications has brought efficiency and quality to the fore while reducing procurement, production and marketing costs. On the other hand, it is labor-intensive in enterprises that cannot adapt advanced technology to the production process. This situation affects the competitiveness of enterprises and thus the level of development of countries. Turkey has established development zones and regional incentive systems in order to catch up with advanced technology and to ensure interregional economic balance. TR 90 Labor-intensive sectors in the Eastern Black Sea Region: textile, furniture, etc. is encouraged. According to İŞKUR records, the provinces of Ordu and Giresun, which are among the provinces in the region, draw attention with their contract manufacturing textile enterprises, number of employees and labor force mobility. The aim of the research is to investigate the tendencies towards the management of human resources in these enterprises, to examine the effects of leaving the job during the harvest period of hazelnut, which is one of the most important livelihoods of the region, on the activities of these enterprises and to present suggestions. The data were collected by questionnaire form and interview method. As a result of the research, it was determined that employee satisfaction should be increased and the sense of belonging should be developed in these enterprises, and that business activities were negatively affected by leaving the job during the hazelnut harvest period and increasing annual or sanitary leaves.
