    Rediscovery of Polygonum longipes (Polygonaceae) After 124 Years

    Polygonum longipes is known in the Flora of Turkey only from a single specimen collected from Istanbul by Aznavour. In this study, it is reported that this species was collected again after 124 years. Detailed and comparative information about this species is given based on the collected specimens. In addition, the taxonomic status, ecological and morphological features of the species were introduced and discussed.
