In the study, correlation analysis was conducted to examine the relationship between students' perceptions of the system, department, and faculty members during the remote education period and their satisfaction. Then, the impact of competence and motivation, usability, and effectiveness dimensions on satisfaction was determined. The most significant reasons for students not attending classes in remote education were found to be internet connection problems, the absence of an internet package, and being employed.
