    CONTEMPORARY POET-SINGER UĞUR IŞILAK AND HIS WORLD OF POETRY

    In this study, the life and poetic world of the bard (Ozan) Uğur Işılak, who was raised in the tradition of poeticism and bard culture, and one of the important representatives of this tradition in the twenty-first century, was tried to be examined. Işılak was born in Germany in 1971 who met baglama at the age of eight and started writing poetry. Işılak, who learned to play baglama at the age of twelve or thirteen, reached the level of composing within a few years. Işılak grew up with the influence of many maestros such as Aşık Mahzuni Şerif, Ozan Arif, Ozan Yusuf Polatoglu, Aşık Reyhani, Mevlüd Ihsani, Erol Ergani, Kul Nuri, who are among the important names of the bard tradition. In addition, Işılak toured with dozens of master minstrels and is known for his concerts. Ozan Işılak has produced more than four hundred works in thirty-three years, and for about thirty-five years, especially in the work Motherland Turkey; he took part in cultural and artistic events in Europe, America, Australia and Central Asian countries. In his poems, the poet deals with the themes of love, separation, longing, expatriation, the transience of the world, heroism, love of homeland and nation, etc. Işılak, who lives in Istanbul, continues his art life as a contemporary poet.

    Öğrenci Ve Öğretmen Yetiştirme Sürecinde Kuşak Sorunu Ve Kalite/Gelişim Üzerine İnceleme

    Türkiye'de iki kaynak öğretmen ihtiyacına karşılık vermektedir. Birincisi, açılan 97 Eğitim Fakültesinden mezun edilen öğretmen adayları, ikincisi, "pedagojik formasyon" adı altında hemen her tür fakülte veya birçok yüksekokul türünden mezun olan on binlerce öğrenciye öğretmenlik sertifikası verilerek ihtiyacın çok üstünde bir sayıyla niteliği tartışılır hale gelen öğretmen adaylarıdır. Öğretmen adaylarının seçilmesinden başlamak üzere, yetiştirilmelerinde uygulanan müfredat, o müfredatın gerçekleşmesindeki zaman dilimi, mezuniyetten sonra atanma şartları ve süreci irdelenmesi gereken hususlardır. "Nasıl bir öğretmen?","Donanımı neye göre, kime göre?"gibi sorularda henüz bir toplum mutabakatının sağlanamadığı günümüzde, öğretmenlik mesleğinin kutsal bir meslek mi, sıradan bir kazanç kapısı mı olduğu dahi tartışılmaktadır. Hızla değişen dünya, artan teknoloji, bilgiye kolay ve hızlı erişim, kuşaklar arası değişen anlayış farklılıkları, öğretmen niteliğini sorgular hale getirmiştir. Bu çalışmada, Türk eğitim sisteminde öğretmen yetiştirme yaklaşımı ve süreci incelenmiştir.
