dc.description.abstractBitkiler geçmişten bu yana birçok alanda kullanılmıştır. Bu kullanım alanları bitkilerin özelliklerine ve içeriklerine göre değişmiştir. İnsanlar bitkilerden en iyi şekilde yararlanmaya çalışmışlardır. Son yıllarda önemi gittikçe artan yağlı tohumlu bitkiler gıda, tıbbı, boya endüstrisi, kozmetik, biyodizel gibi birçok alanda kullanılmaktadır. Türkiye sahip olduğu toprak ve iklim çeşitliliğiyle yağlı tohumlu bitki üretimi için oldukça iyi bir potansiyele sahiptir. Bu çalışmanın amacı; Dünyada ekolojik ve ekonomik değeri bakımından önemli bir yere sahip olan yağlı tohumlu bitkilerin mevcut kullanım alanlarını tespit etmek ve yeni kullanım alanları belirlemektir.
dc.description.abstractPlants have been used in many areas from the past. These usage areas have changed according to features and contents of plants. People tried to get the most out of plants. Oilseed plants, which have been increasing importance in recent years, are using in many areas such as food, medicine, paint industry, cosmetics, biodiesel. Turkey has very good potential for the production of oilseed crops with it's climatic diversity and soil characteristics. The aim of this study is; To determine the current usage areas of oilseed plants, which have an important place in terms of ecological and economic value in the world, and to determine new areas of use.
