    Antrenörlerin İş Limitasyonlarının İş Değerleri ve İşe Angaje Olma Durumları Üzerine Etkilerinin İncelenmesi

    Bu araştırmanın amacı, antrenörlerin iş limitasyonlarının iş değerleri ve işe angaje olma durumları üzerindeki etkilerini belirlemek ve çeşitli demografik özelliklere göre karşılaştırmaktır. Araştırmaya Türkiye'de çeşitli branşlarda görev yapan 339 antrenör gönüllü olarak katıldı. Veriler "Kişisel Bilgi Formu", "İş Limitasyonu Ölçeği Kısa Formu" ,"İş Değerleri Ölçeği" ve "İşe Angaje Olma Ölçeği" kullanılarak toplandı. SPSS 26.0 programında Independent Student T-Testi, Tek Yönlü Varyans Analizi (ANOVA) ile Posthoc – LSD ve Bivariate- Pearson Korelasyon testleri ayrıca iş limitasyonlarının iş değerleri ve işe angaje olma durumları üzerindeki etkilerini belirlemek amacıyla da Çoklu Doğrusal Regresyon analizleri yapıldı.     EVALUATION OF GRADUATE THESES ON GENDER AND GENDER INEQUALITY IN SPORT: YÖK THESIS AND PROQUEST EXAMPLE

    This study aims to reveal the general profile of graduate theses in national and international literature on gender and gender inequality in sports. At this point, graduate theses accessed through ProQuestTM and Yök Tez databases were evaluated. For these reasons, in this study, the data obtained from 216 thesis studies in the national and international literature in Yök Tez and ProQuestTM databases were analyzed by the bibliometric analysis method. The status of postgraduate theses on gender and gender inequality in sports in Yök Tez and ProQuestTM were analyzed with parameters such as "academic level", "year", "publication language", and "subject". In this context, it was found that 78 of the 107 graduate theses in Yök Tez related to gender and gender inequality in sports were master's theses, 27 were doctoral theses and 2 were proficiency in art theses. In comparison, 78 of the 109 graduate theses in ProQuestTM were postgraduate theses and 31 were master's theses. In addition, it was determined that the postgraduate theses in Yök Tez were prepared between 2005-2023, while the postgraduate theses in ProQuestTM were prepared between 1989-2023. It was found that the publication languages of graduate theses were mostly Turkish in Yök Tez and English in ProQuestTM. It is recommended that bibliometric analysis be conducted with data from different databases for researchers who plan to study the subject.
