Yetişkin Eğitiminde 'Sekiz Süreç Elementi' Doğrultusunda Öğretmenlerin Aldıkları Hizmet İçi Eğitim Programlarının Değerlendirilmesi

Özet
Bu çalışmanın amacı, öğretmenlerin aldıkları hizmet içi eğitim programlarının yetişkin eğitimindeki 'sekiz süreç elementi' doğrultusunda değerlendirilmesidir. Araştırmada, öğretmen görüşlerini ortaya koyarken yetişkin eğitimindeki sekiz süreç elementine yönelik ayrı ayrı sorular sorularak öğretmenlerin aldıkları hizmet içi eğitimlerin bu süreç elementlerine uygun olarak yapılıp yapılmadığı irdelenmeye çalışılmıştır. Çalışmada nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden en sık kullanılan görüşme tekniği kullanılmıştır. Çalışmada, Kahramanmaraş ilinde görev yapmakta olan 9 öğretmen ile görüşmeler yapılmıştır. Yapılan görüşmeler; ses kayıt cihazına kaydedilmiş ve yazıya dökülmüştür. Yazıya dökülen veriler betimsel analiz yöntemiyle değerlendirilmiş ve kodlaması yapılmıştır. Kodlar kullanılarak yorumlamalara gidilmiştir. Sonuç olarak genel itibariyle öğretmenlerin katıldıkları hizmet içi eğitimlerin yetişkin eğitiminin sekiz süreç elementine yönelik düzenlenmediği kanısına varılmıştır.
The purpose of this study is to evaluatein-service teacher training programs that teachers had in accordance with 'the eight processelements' within the adult education. In this study; while presenting the opinions of the teachers, the questions of the eight process elements in the adult education were asked separately, whether or not in-service teacher trainings were suitable to this process elements was analyzed. In this study, interview technique,which is commonly used and one of the techniques of the qualitative research methods, is used. In this study, interviews were conducted with 9 teachers who teach in Kahramanmaras. The interviews were recorded via audio recording device and transcribed. Data transcribed were evaluated and coded through the descriptive analysis method. Interpretations were made by using the codes. As a result, it is found out that in general in-service teacher training programs are not organised according to the eight process elements of adult education.
