dc.description.abstractMobilya sektörü; ahşap, metal ve plastik gibi malzemeleri tüketicilerin istek/ihtiyaçlarına göre tasarlayarak çeşitli ihtiyaçlarını gidermeye yönelik ürünler üreten büyük bir sektördür. Bu sektörde firmaların hedeflerine ulaşabilmesi ve performansını arttırabilmesinde kullanılan araç-gereçler önemli bir yere sahiptir. Üretim sürecinde doğru araç-gereç seçimi; maliyetleri azaltması, verimliliği arttırması ve doğru ürün tasarımı ile müşteri memnuniyeti sağlaması açısından önemlidir. Bu çalışmada mobilya sektöründe faaliyet gösteren bir işletme için matkap seçimi problemi ele alınmıştır. Çok Kriterli Karar Verme (ÇKKV) tekniklerinden Basit Toplamlı Ağırlıklandırma ve Ağırlıklı Çarpım Yöntemi birlikte kullanılarak işletmeye en uygun matkabın seçilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu matkap seçimi için literatür taraması ve uzmanlarla yapılan görüşmeler sonucunda 6 ana kriter belirlenmiştir. Ölçüt ağırlıklarının belirlenmesinde basit puanlama tekniği kullanılmış ve alternatifler iki farklı ÇKKV yöntemi ile sıralanmıştır. Çalışmanın sonucunda firmaya en uygun olan matkap (A5) seçimi gerçekleştirilmiştir.
dc.description.abstractThe furniture industry is a large sector that designs materials such as wood, metal and plastic according to the wishes / needs of consumers and produces products to meet their various needs. The tools and equipment used for companies to achieve their goals and increase their performance have an important role in this sector. Choosing the right tools and equipment in the production process is important in terms of reducing costs, increasing efficiency and ensuring customer satisfaction with the right product design. In this study, the problem of choosing a drill for a company that operating in the furniture industry is discussed. It is aimed to choose the most suitable drill for the business by using the Simple Additive Weighting and Weighted Product Method. As a result of literature review and interviews with experts, 6 main criteria were determined for this drill selection. Simple scoring technique was used to determine the criterion weights, and alternatives were listed using two different MCDM methods. As a result of the study, the most suitable drill (A5) was selected for the company.
