dc.description.abstractİnsanoğlunun hayatında yaptığı seçimlerin en önemlilerinden biri meslek seçimi olup bu durum bir bakıma gelecekteki hayatını da etkilemektedir. Doğru meslek seçimi insanın kendi ilgi, yetenek ve ihtiyaçlarının yanında beklentilerinin farkında olmasıyla mümkündür. Bu çalışmanın amacı biyoloji temelli mesleklerin seçiminde biyolojiyi sevmenin etkisini araştırmaktır. Ayrıca biyoloji temelli mesleklerin seçimi ile cinsiyet ve meslek açısından karşılaştırılması yapılmıştır. Bu amaçla doktor, hemşire, biyolog, eczacı, gıda mühendisi, veteriner ve ziraat mühendisleri gibi biyoloji temelli mesleklerde çalışmakta olan 72 kişiye 11 madde içeren 5'li Likert tipi yapılandırılmış bir görüşme formu uygulanmıştır. Elde edilen bulgular incelendiğinde, katılımcıların biyoloji temelli meslekleri seçmelerinde biyolojiyi sevmenin etkisinin olduğu gözlenmiştir. Ayrıca biyoloji temelli mesleklerin seçimi ile meslek açısından karşılaştırma yapıldığında anlamlı bir fark bulunmuş ancak cinsiyetle arasında anlamlı bir fark bulunmamıştır.
dc.description.abstractThe career choice is one of the most important selections for human being and also this, in a sense, affects her/his future life. A suitable career choice is possible by recognition the individual's own interests, abilities, needs, and also expectation. The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of the love of biology in the choice of biology–based profession. Further, the choice of biology-based profession was compared in terms of gender and profession. For this aim, 72 persons working in the professions such as doctors, nurses, biologists, pharmacists, nutritionists, veterinarians and agricultural engineers were administered a structured interview form including 11 a five-point Likert-type items. When the obtained data were analyzed, it was founded that love of biology became effective in the selection of the biologybased professions. In addition, when compared in terms a choice of biology-based profession with profession, it was founded a significant difference, but there was no significant difference between gender.
