dc.description.abstractYetenek seçiminde, pek çok farklı boyutları olan karmaşık sorunların çözümlenmesinde, insanların daha iyi seçim yapmalarına destek olmak amacıyla, bir dizi rassal alternatif içinden yalın ve belli kıstaslara bağlı optimum bir çözüm alternatifleri sıralaması ve önerisi sunmak için çok kriterli karar verme yöntemleri geliştirilmiştir. Bunlardan biri de Analitik Hiyerarşi Süreci (AHS)'dir. Bu bağlamda bu araştırmanın amacı AHS yönteminin bocce branşında yetenek seçiminde kullanılmasının araştırılmasıdır. Araştırma kapsamında öncelikle bocce sporu için gerekli yeterlilikler 4 ana kriter ve her bir ana kritere bağlı alt kriterler belirlenmiştir. Kriterlerin belirlenmesinde Türkiye Bocce Bowling ve Dart Federasyonuna bağlı olarak görev yapan 42 antrenör (2. 3. ve 4. kademe) katılmıştır. Kriterler belirlendikten sonra bocce branşında yeteneğe etki edebileceği düşünülen alt kriterlerin ağırlık önem değerleri antrenörler tarafından puanlanmıştır. Bu puanlamalara dayanarak da AHS kullanılarak her bir alt kriterin yüzde önem dereceleri hesaplatılmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda ana kriterlerde yüzdelik dilimler açısından ağırlık sıralamasında ilk sırada bilişsel özellikler (%45,6), ikinci sırada psiko-sosyal özellikler (%30,3), üçüncü sırada (%14,6) ile motorik özellikler ve son sırada (%9,4) antropometrik ve fiziksel özellikler yer almıştır. Alt kriterler açısından ise odaklanma becerisi (%17,83), algılama (%9,94), karar verme (%7,30), oto kontrol (%7,11), dikkat seviyesi (%6,48), denge ve koordinasyon (6,12) becerilerinin ön plana çıktığı görülmektedir. Bu sonuçların spor yöneticileri ve antrenörlerin bocce branşında yetenek seçiminde ve yetenek gelişiminde yol gösterici olabileceği düşünülmektedir.en_US
dc.description.abstractIn solving complex problems with many different dimensions in talent selection, in order to support people to make better choices, multi-criteria decision-making methods have been developed to rank and suggest an optimum solution alternative out of a series of simple and based on certain criteria. One of them is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHS). In this context, the aim of this research is to investigate the use of AHP method in talent selection in the bocce sport. Within the scope of the research, first of all, the required qualifications for bocce were determined in 4 main criteria and sub-criteria related to this were determined. 42 coaches (2nd, 3rd, and 4th levels) working under the Turkish Bocce Bowling and Darts Federation participated in the determination of the criteria. After the criteria were determined, the sub-criteria that were thought to affect the talent in the bocce branch were scored by the coaches. Based on these scores, the percentage weights of each sub-criteria were calculated using the AHP. As a result of the study, in terms of percentiles in the main criteria, cognitive characteristics (45.6%) are in the first place, psycho-social characteristics are in the second place (30.3%), motoric features are in the third place (14.6%), and in the last place (9%). ,4) anthropometric and physical features are included. In terms of sub-criteria, focusing ability (17.83%), perception (9.94%), decision making (7.30%), self-control (7.11%), attention level (6.48%), balance and coordination (6,12) skills seem to come to the fore. It is thought that these results can guide sports managers and coaches in talent selection and talent development in the bocce branch.en_US
