Özet
Sanayi toplumunun önem kazanması ve küreselleşme ile birlikte KOBİ'ler 1980 li yıllardan sonra ekonomilerin vazgeçilmez aktörleri rolünü almıştır. Çalışmamızda KOBİ'lerin farklı ülkelerde ne şekilde tanımlandığı, ekonomik ve sosyal hayata olan katkıları, güçlü ve zayıf yönleri başta olmak üzere yapay zekâ, metaverse, dijitalleşme ve kripto para ödeme sistemleri ile işletmelerin bu teknolojik kullanı alanları hakkında literatür araştırması sağlanarak bilgi paylaşımı yapılmıştır. Dört ana bölümden oluşan çalışmamızın birinci bölümünde KOBİ kavramı ile ilgili genel literatür bilgisi verilirken, ikinci bölümde dijitalleşme ve yapay zekâ kavramları, üçüncü bölümünde metaverse ve kripto para ödeme sistemleri hakkında litaratür bilgisi verilmiştir. Dördüncü ve son bölümde ise araştırma analizi ve sonuçları paylaşılmıştır. Bibliometrik araştırma yöntemi kullanılarak hazırlanan araştırmamızda veri kaynağı olarak Web Of Science veritabanı üzerinde konumuz ile ilgili anahtar kelimeler kullanılarak yapılan tarama işlemi sonucu elde edilen bilimsel yayınlar kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen bu çalışmalar üzerine çeşitli analizler yapılmış olup analiz sonuçları çalışmamızın amacını oluşturmuştur. Çalışmamızın bu amacı; bugüne dek ne kadar çalışma yapıldığı, bu alanda en fazla bilimsel çalışma yapan yazarların kim olduğu, hangi yazarlara ait çalışmaların daha çok atıf aldığı ile almış oldukları atıf sayıları, hangi ülkelerin daha çok çalışma yaptığı, yapılan araştırmaların hangi yıllarda yapıldığı ile hangi bilimsel katagorilerde olduğu gibi alanlarda analizler yapmaktır.
With the industrial society gaining importance and globalization, SMEs have become indispensable actors of economies after the 1980s. In our study, information was shared by providing literature research on how SMEs are defined in different countries, their contributions to economic and social life, their strengths and weaknesses, as well as artificial intelligence, metaverse, digitalization and cryptocurrency payment systems, and these technological usage areas of businesses. In the first part of our study, which consists of four main parts, general literature information about the SME concept is given, in the second part, digitalization and artificial intelligence concepts are given, and in the third part, literature information about metaverse and cryptocurrency payment systems is given. In the fourth and last section, research analysis and results are shared. In our research, which was prepared using the bibliometric research method, scientific publications obtained as a result of the scanning process using keywords related to our subject on the Web Of Science database were used as the data source. Various analyzes were made on these studies, and the analysis results constituted the purpose of our study. This aim of our study is; How many studies have been done so far, who are the authors who have done the most scientific work in this field, which authors' works have received the most citations and the number of citations they have received, which countries have done more studies, in which years the research was conducted and in which scientific categories. to make analyzes in the fields.
