dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada, İbn Rüşd'ün Bidâyetü'l-müctehid ve nihâyetü'l-müktesid isimli eserinin Namaz Bölümünde bulunan bazı hadisler, hem Muhtelifü'l-hadis açısından hem de fukahanın rivâyetlere farklı bakış açıları cihetinden incelenmiştir. Bu meyanda 5 vakit namaz ile ilgili birbirinden farklı bazı meseleler ele alınmıştır. İbn Rüşd'ün bahsi geçen konularla alakalı birbirine zıt manadaki rivâyetlere ve bu rivâyetlerle alakalı verdiği bilgiler değerlendirilmiştir. Rivâyetler incelenirken, başta temel hadis kaynakları, hadis şerh eserleri ve mezheplerin müdellel fıkıh eserleri kaynak olarak kullanılmıştır. Tez çalışmamızda nitel araştırma yöntemleri kullanılmıştır. Gerek muhtelifü'l-hadis kapsamına giren hadisler gerekse fukahanın ihtilâfına sebeb olan rivâyetler tespit edilmiştir. Sonrasında ise konu ile ilgili hadisler, dökümantasyon usulüyle inceleme altına alınmıştır. Elde ettiğimiz bilgiler analiz yöntemiyle değerlendirilerek bazı kanılara varılmaya çalışılmıştır. dc.description.abstractIn this study, the hadiths in the prayer chapter of ibn rushd's bidâyat al-mujtahid wa nihâyat al- muqtazilid are analysed both in terms of muhtalif al-hadis and the different perspectives of the fuqaha on the narrations. In this context, some different issues related to the five daily prayers are discussed. The author ıbn rushd's contradictory narrations about the aforementioned issues and the information he gave about these narrations were evaluated. While analysing the narrations, The main hadith sources, hadith commentaries and the works of jurisprudence of the sects were used as sources. Qualitative research methods were used in our thesis study. Both the hadiths that fall within the scope of muhtalif al-hadith and the narrations that cause disagreement among the fuqaha were identified. afterwards, The hadiths related to the subject were analysed by documentation method. The information we obtained was evaluated by the method of analysis and some conclusions were tried to be reached.
