| dc.description.abstract | Political communication is one of the important concepts in the distinction between ruled andmanaged. This concept deals with the relations of the parties in the process of obtaining power.Political communication is an important concept for power. Because the way to go to power is throughsuccessful communication with the voters. Information and messages shared between politicians andthe public from face to face communication, mass media, print media to social media are evaluatedwithin this framework. Political communication is a dynamic process. Because the feedback is inquestion after the message is transferred. Different methods and techniques can be applied to thisprocess. Unlike traditional rallies, in an e-rally held in the presence of a few parties, guests and pressmembers, it is possible to reach the participants by means of the technological infrastructure, internetnetwork, periscope, instagram live broadcast, link etc. tools. In this study, the manner ofimplementation of the e-meeting, the conditions and possibilities of implementation, positive andnegative aspects are discussed. In this respect, it is aimed to discuss a new concept from a theoreticalpoint of view in terms of political communication. It was determined that the e-meeting will be usedmore in the coming years in the study. | en_US |
