| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışma ile arı sütünün temel özellikleri ve fonksiyonları verilmeye çalışılmıştır. Arı sütü %60-70 oranında nem içermektedir ve kuru maddenin önemli bir kısmını protein ve peptidler oluşturmaktadır. Bunun yanında arı sütü lipit, karbohidrat, vitamin, mineral ve çeşitli küçük bileşenlerden oluşmaktadır. Arı sütü içeriği sayesinde antiviral, antibakteriyel özellikler göstermekle beraber yaşlanma karşıtı etkileri, kardiyovasküler sistem, sinir sistemi, sindirim sistemi, immün modüle edici özelliği bakımından tüketiciye fayda sağlamanın yanında kronik toksisite ve alerjen etkileri bakımından daha fazla çalışma yapılmasına gerek duyulan, önemli bir arı ürünüdür. | |
| dc.description.abstract | In this study, the basic properties and functions of royal jelly were tried to be given. Royal jelly contains 60-70% moisture and a significant portion of the dry matter consists of proteins and peptides. In addition, royal jelly consists of lipids, carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals and various small components. Royal jelly, thanks to its antiviral and antibacterial properties thanks to its content, provides benefits to the consumer in terms of its anti-aging effects, cardiovascular system, nervous system, digestive system and immune modulating properties, and is an important bee product that requires further studies in terms of chronic toxicity and allergenic effects. | |
