Özet
Bu makalede gayrimeşru/haksız kazanç kavramı araştırma konusu yapılmaktadır. Araştırmada söz konusu kavrama dört zaviyeden yaklaşılmaktadır. Bu kapsamda a) Kazanç kavramının isim ve fiil formunda Kur'an'da kazandığı farklı anlamlar ve onların bağlam ilişkileri Kur'an ayetleri ışığında ortaya konulmaya çalışılmaktadır. b) Kazanç kavramının başka kavramlarla olan anlam ilişkileri tahlil edilmektedir. c) Haksız kazanç kavramının Kur'an'da kazandığı farklı anlamlar ve onların bağlam ilişkileri Kur'an ayetleri ışığında ortaya konulmaya çalışılmaktadır. d) Haksız kazanç kavramının güncel değeri üzerinde durulmaktadır.
In this article, the Qur'anic concept of illegitimate earnings has been discussed. The subject in question has been dealt with in four ways. In this context, a) The different meanings that the earnings have gained and their contextual relations in the form of nouns and verbs have been investigated in the light of Qur'anic verses. b) The meaning relations of earnings with other concepts have been analyzed. c) The different meanings that illegitimate earnings have gained in the Qur'an and their contextual relations have been investigated in the light of Qur'anic verses. d) The actual value of illegitimate earnings has been focused on
