Cirit atlarında müsabakanın serum apelin, beyin yağ asidi bağlayıcı protein düzeyleri ile bazı kardiyak, stres belirteçleri ve biyokimyasal parametreler üzerine etkisi

Özet
Cirit, atlı sporcunun ciridini doğru bir şekilde rakibine atması, savaş sırasında kendisini ve bineğine hakim olması ve böylece rakibini yenmesinden oluşan, yiğitlik, cesaret oyunu ve erliğin göstergesi olarak adlandırılan at üstünde oynanan atlı takım sporudur.Apelin, glukoz ve enerji metabolizmasının düzenlenmesinde rolü nedeniyle metabolik hastalıkların; astrositlerden exprese edilen FABP7, beyindeki lipid metabolizmasının; kortizol, stresin; GRP78, endoplazmik retikulum stresi düzeyinin; cTnI, miyokard hasarın değerlendirilmesinde kullanılan belirteçlerdir. Bu çalışma, cirit müsabakasına katılan atlarda müsabakanın (istirahat hali (P0), müsabaka öncesi (P1) ve müsabaka sonu (P2)) serum apelin, FABP7, cTnI, kortizol, GRP78 düzeyleri üzerine etkisi ve bazı biyokimyasal (glukoz, laktat, CK, CK-MB, üre, kreatinin, AST, ALT, ALP, GGT, LDH, Total kolesterol (TK), Trigliserid (TG), VLDL, LDL, HDL) parametreleriyle ilişkisinin incelenmesidir. Bu kapsamda çalışmada yaşları 4-10 arasında değişen toplam 14 adet Arap aygırı kullanıldı. Çalışmanın P0, P1 ve P2 dönemlerinde bulunan atların vena jugularis'inden kan örnekleri alındı. Alınan kan numunelerinden elde edilen serum örneklerinde apelin, FABP7, cTnI, kortizol, GRP78 düzeyleri ELİSA yöntemiyle, biyokimyasal parametreler, Cobas 8000 otoanalizörde spektrofotometrik yöntemle kantitatif olarak incelendi.Serum örnekleri, analiz gerçekleşinceye kadar -80 C°'de saklandı. Çalışmaya ait veriler IBM SPSS Statistics programında tekrarlı ölçümler arasındaki oranı belirlemek için non-parametrik kruskal wallis H testi (cTnI,GRP78,kortizol,glukoz,laktat,CK,üre,kreatinin,AST,ALP, LDH),kullanılmıştır.Normal dağılım gösteren parametreler için One-Way ANOVA testi (apelin, FABP7, CK-MB, ALT, GGT, TK, TG, LDL,VLDL,HDL) ile analiz edilmiştir.Çalışma grupları incelendiğinde GA ve GB gruplarında yer alan atların C1 ve C2 müsabakalarındaki P2 dönemlerine ait değerlerin P0, P1 dönemlerindeki değerlerine göre ortalama serum FABP7, GRP78, cTnI, CK, CK-MB, glukoz, AST, ALT,ALP, LDH, üre, kreatinin, HDL değerlerinde artış gözlenirken, ortalama serum apelin, laktat, TK, TG, LDL,VLDL düzeylerinde azalma tespit edilmiştir (P<0.05). Sonuç olarak, cirit müsabakasına katılan atlarda müsabakanın serum apelin, FABP7, GRP78, Kortizol, cTnI düzeyleri ve glukoz, laktat, CK, CK-MB, üre, kreatinin, AST, ALT, ALP, GGT, LDH, Total kolesterol (TK), Trigliserid (TG), VLDL, LDL, HDL) biyokimyasal parametrelerin seviyeleri üzerinde etkisi ortaya koyulmuştur. Apelin hormon düzeyinin ölçülmesi,glukoz, insülin ve enerji metabolizmasındaki rolü nedeniyle egzersizin etkisi; FABP7,egzersize bağlı olarak beyindeki lipid metabolizması, GRP78, egzersize bağlı endoplazmik retikulum stres düzeyinin belirlenmesi, cTnI, CK, CK-MB ise egzersize bağlı olarak kardiyovasküler sistemin değerlendirilmesine katkı sağlayabileceğini düşünmekteyiz.Ancak, bu alanda daha kapsamlı ve moleküler düzeyde araştırmaların yapılmasının gerekli olduğu, FABP7, apelin egzersiz, atlarda uygulanacak eğitim ve idman programlarının oluşturulması, etkinliği ve yarış atlarının performans yönetimi süreçlerinde faydalı olabileceği kanaatine varılmıştır.
Javelin is an equestrian team sport played on a horse, which consists of an equestrian athlete throwing his javelin correctly at his opponent, mastering himself and his mount during a battle and thus defeating his opponent, called a game of valor, courage and an indicator of brave. Apelin is a marker of metabolic diseases due to its role in regulating glucose and energy metabolism; FABP7, expressed from astrocytes, lipid metabolism in the brain; cortisol, stress; GRP78, stress level of the endoplasmic reticulum; cTnI are markers used to assess myocardial damage. İn this study, horses that participated in the competition of competition in the javelin (resting state (P0), competition (P1) and the end of the competition (P2)) in the chapel of serum, FABP7, cTnI levels of cortisol, the effect on the levels of some biochemical and GRP78 (glucose, lactate, CK, CK-MB, urea, creatin, AST, ALT, ALP, GGT, LDH, total cholesterol (TC), Triglyceride (TG), VLDL, LDL, HDL) is the study of the relationship parameters. İn this context, a total of 14 Arabian stallions aged between 4 and 10 were used in the study.Blood samples were taken from the vena jugularis of horses in the P0, P1 and P2 periods of the study. The levels of apelin, FABP7, cTnI, cortisol, GRP78 in serum samples obtained from blood samples taken were examined quantitatively by ELISA method, biochemical parameters by spectrophotometric method on Cobas 8000 autoanalyzer.Serum samples were stored at -80° C until the analysis took place. The data of the study were used in IBM SPSS Statistics program to determine the ratio between repeated measurements using non-parametric kruskal wallis H test (cTnI, GRP78, cortisol, glucose, lactate, Dec, urea, creatinine, AST, ALP, LDH).The normal distribution parameters were analyzed by One-Way ANOVA test (apelin, FABP7, CK-MB, ALT, GGT, TK, TG, LDL, VLDL, HDL).When the study groups were examined, the average serum FABP7, GRP78, cTnI, CK, CK-MB, glucose, AST, ALT, ALP values of the P2 periods in the C1 and C2 competitions of the horses in the GA and GB groups were determined according to the values in the P0, P1 periods, While an increase in LDH, urea, creatinine, HDL values was observed, a decrease in mean serum apelin, lactate, TK, TG, LDL, VLDL levels was detected (P<0.05). İn conclusion, the effect of the competition on serum apelin, FABP7, GRP78, Cortisol, cTnI levels and biochemical parameters (glucose, lactate, Na, K, Cl, Ca, Mg, P, Fe, AST, ALT, ALP, LDH, CK, creatinine, urea, TK, TG, HDL, LDL, VLDL) in horses participating in the javelin competition was revealed. Measurement of the level of the hormone apelin,the effect of exercise due to its role in glucose, insulin and energy metabolism; FABP7, lipid metabolism in the brain due to exercise, GRP78, determination of endoplasmic reticulum stress level due to exercise, cTnI, CK, CK-MB, depending on exercise, we think that it may contribute to the evaluation of the cardiovascular system. However, it has been concluded that it is necessary to conduct more comprehensive and molecular-level research in this area, FABP7, apelin exercise, the creation of training and training programs to be applied in horses, their effectiveness and can be useful in the performance management processes of racehorses
