Mustafa Irgat's poems were at their most intense from 1970, the beginning of his poetry career, until his death in 1995. Mustafa Irgat, a poet who developed a poem under the influence of the İkinci Yeni and beyond, appears in 1970s poetry. Mustafa Irgat was still active in poetry after 1980, having continued to produce and publish poems during the 1970 Generation. He composes an original and independent poem, unaffected by the broader literary climate of the 1970s and 1980s when his poet identity was forming. Mustafa Irgat, who developed his style from his earliest poems, did not belong to the 70th or 80th Generations and authored a type of poem that Ece Ayhan described as "civil poetry," or "strict poetry." Mustafa Irgat takes a non-belonging persona as a result of the challenge of belonging and identification he has experienced throughout his life, attracting attention with his deviant posture. Belonging and identity are notions that have inspired a wide range of disciplines, including philosophy, psychology, and sociology. In literature, on the other hand, the individual aspect has emerged, and it has been addressed by bolstering the issue of existence. Mustafa Irgat's interpretation of poetry is influenced by essential notions such as belonging and identity. He adopted a non-belonging identity as a result of his existential struggles, especially when his life was utilized as a basis. As a result, his language, literary, and intellectual qualities were influenced by his unaffiliated identity. The concept of identity without belonging is, in fact, the central theme of Mustafa Irgat's poetry. Mustafa Irgat's poems introduced the issue of identification without belonging to the foreground, establishing a poetry universe around it. Mustafa Irgat's poems are full of anti-authoritarian sentiment. His struggle with authority is intertwined with ideas of belonging and identity. In truth, Mustafa Irgat adopted a non-belonging identity as a result of his fight with authority, and he explored unaffiliated identities that had nothing to do with power in his poems. Mustafa Irgat does not belong to the language's assets because he takes an unaffiliated identity. He creates his own poetic language by breaking all of the rules of the established language. The purpose of this study is to look at how the concept of unaffiliated identification is used in Mustafa Irgat's poems, as well as the language of poetry. In this way, Mustafa Irgat's poems were assessed along the axis of the concept of unaffiliated identification, and the philosophical underpinnings of the poetic language were disclosed.
