dc.description.abstractBu araştırmanın amacı, sınıf öğretmenlerinin 2017 Türkçe Öğretim Programına yönelik görüşlerini incelemektir. Araştırma tarama (survey) modelinde bir araştırmadır. Araştırmanın çalışma evreni, Erzurum'un Aşkale, İspir, Köprüköy, Oltu ve Yakutiye ilçelerinden oluşmaktadır. Bu ilçelerde kolayda örnekleme yöntemi ile seçilen 46 ilkokulda görev yapan 979 sınıf öğretmenine ulaşılmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemini ise 2017-2018 eğitim- öğretim yılında çalışmakta olan 979 sınıf öğretmeni arasından ulaşılabilen 271 sınıf öğretmeni oluşturmaktadır. Veri toplama aracı olarak anket yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde aritmetik ortalama, yüzde ve frekans analizi kullanılmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda sınıf öğretmenlerinin 2017 Türkçe Öğretim Programına yönelik olumlu görüşlere sahip olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Elde edilen bulgulara bakıldığında araştırmaya katılan sınıf öğretmenlerinin 2017 Türkçe Öğretim Programı kazanımlarında yapılan değişikliklere ilişkin olumlu görüş bildirdikleri saptanmıştır. Yine Türkçe Öğretim Programı'nın içerik boyutu ile ilgili veriler incelendiğinde yapılan değişikliklerin sınıf öğretmenleri açısından genel olarak olumlu olduğu görülmüştür. Türkçe Öğretim Programı içeriği ile ilgili bazı (İçerikte bilimsel hata bulunması, içeriğin dikkat çekici olması, içeriğin öğrencilerin yaratıcılığını geliştirici nitelikte olması) konularda ise sınıf öğretmenlerinin kararsız oldukları sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study is to analyse the views of form teachers on Turkish curriculum for primary education in 2017. This study is in the survey form. The target population of thestudyconsists of Aşkale, İspir, Köprüköy, Oltu and Yakutiye districts of Erzurum province. in the sedistricts, 979 form teachers that work in total of 46 elementry schools is picked by the method of convenience sampling. The sample of the study consists of 271 form teachers who can be reached amongst 979 that were working in 2017-2018 school year Survey method is used as the data collection tool. Average, percentage and frequency analysis are used for the analysis of the data. As a result of the study, it is determinated that the form teachers have a positive opinion on the Turkish curriculum in 2017. When the data gathered from the study is analyz edit is seen that the form teachers that participate in the study present positive opinions regarding the changes made in the achievements of the Turkish curriculum in 2017. More over, when the data regarding the content of the Turkish curriculum is studied, it is observed that the form teachers generally find the changes positive. In some aspects of the contents of the Turkish curriculum (the scientific errors in thecontent, contentbeingremarable, content being helpful for sharpening students creativity) it is concluded that the form teachers are indecisive.
