dc.description.abstractBu araştırmanın temel amacı eğitim yöneticilerinin değerler eğitimi ve uygulamalarına ilişkin görüşleri doğrultusunda bir değerlendirme yapmaktır. Çalışma nitel araştırma yaklaşımlarına uygun olarak tasarlanmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu 16 eğitim yöneticisi oluşturmaktadır. Veri toplama aracı olarak 6 açık uçlu sorudan oluşan yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu kullanılmıştır. Veriler betimsel analiz tekniğinden yararlanılarak çözümlenmiştir. Araştırma ile eğitim yöneticilerinin değerler eğitimi ile ilgili farkındalıklarının oluştuğu ve bunu olumlu algıladıkları, değerler eğitimi uygulamalarının okullarda farklı şekillerde gerçekleştirildiği, uygulamaların öğrencilere sorumluluk ve çevre bilinci kazandırdığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Değerler eğitimi ve uygulamalarının etkinliğini artırmak için eğitim yöneticisi, öğretmen ve aile arasında iş birliğini artırıcı etkinlik ve eğitici programlar düzenlenebilir.
dc.description.abstractThe main purpose of this study is to make an evaluation in line with the opinions of education managers regarding values education and practices. The study is designed in accordance with qualitative research approaches. The study group of the research consists of 16 education managers. A semi-structured interview form consisting of 6 open-ended questions is used as a data collection tool. The data were analyzed using descriptive analysis technique. With the research, it is concluded from this researche that an awareness is raised among the education administrators about values education and they perceive this situation positively,also values education practices are carried out in different ways in schools, and applications bring responsibility and environmental awareness to students. In order to increase the effectiveness of values education and practices, activities and educational programs that increase the cooperation between the education manager, teacher and family can be organized.
