dc.description.abstractBu tez çalışmasının amacını elit güreşçilerin spora bağlılık düzeyleri ile kulüp antrenörlerinin etik liderlik ve etik dışı davranışları arasındaki ilişkinin bazı demografik değişkenler açısından incelenmesi oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma evrenini Türkiye Güreş Fedarasyonuna (TGF) kayıtlı türk güreşçiler oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın örneklemini elit erkek 340 güreşçi oluşturmaktadır. Veri toplama aracı olarak "Spora Bağlılık Ölçeği", "Antrenörlerin Etik Dışı Davranışları ile İlgili Sporcu Algısı Ölçeği" ve "Etik Liderlik Ölçeği" kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde yüzde ve frekans dağılımları, Pearson Korelasyon Analizi, t-Testi, One-Way ANOVA ve Regresyon Analizi uygulanmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre, medeni durum, güreş stili, eğitim durumu, spor yaşı ve yaşanılan yer değişkenleri bağlamında Spora Bağlılık Ölçeğinin alt boyutlarında anlamlı farklılığa rastlanırken (p<0,05), millilik durumu, anne eğitim durumu ve baba eğitim durumu değişkenleri açısından Spora Bağlılık Ölçeğinin alt boyutlarında anlamlı farklılığa rastlanmamıştır (p>0,05). Millilik durumu, güreş stili, eğitim durumu, anne eğitim durumu, baba eğitim durumu, spor yaşı ve yaşanılan yer değişkenleri bağlamında Antrenörlerin Etik Dışı Davranışları İle İlgili Sporcu Algı Ölçeğinin alt boyutlarında anlamlı farklılığa rastlanırken (p<0,05), medeni durum değişkeni açısından anlamlı farklılığa rastlanmamıştır (p>0,05). Medeni durum, millilik durumu, güreş stili, eğitim durumu, baba eğitim durumu, spor yaşı ve yaşanılan yer değişkenleri açısından Etik Liderlik Ölçeğinin alt boyutlarında anlamlı farklılığa rastlanırken (p<0,05), baba eğitim durumu ve yaşanılan yer değişkenlerinde anlamlı farklılığa rastlanmamıştır (p>0,05). Yaş değişkeni ile Spora Bağlılık Ölçeği ve Etik Liderlik Ölçeği arasındaki ilişkinin Pearson Korelasyon Analizi sonuçlarında düşük düzeyde ve negatif etkiye sahip olduğu görülmektedir (r= - 0.151, p<0.01). Yaş değişkeni ile Antrenörlerin Etik Dışı Davranışları İle İlgili Sporcu Algı Ölçeği arasındaki ilişkinin Persons Korelasyon Analizi sonucuna göre düşük ve pozitif yönde bir etkinin olduğuna görülmektedir (r= 0.286, p<0.05). Antrenörlerin etik dışı davranışları ve spora bağlılıkları Regrasyon Analizi sonuçlarına göre negatif yönde ve anlamlı bir etkinin olduğuna rastlanmıştır. Bu etkinin %2 oranında açıklandığı görülmektedir (R2=0,255).en_US
dc.description.abstractThe aim of this thesis is to examine the relationship between the sports commitment levels of elite wrestlers and the ethical leadership and unethical behaviors of club coaches in terms of some demographic variables. The population of the research consists of Turkish wrestlers registered to the Turkish Wrestling Federation (TGF). The sample of the study consists of 340 elite male wrestlers. "Scale of Commitment to Sports", "Scale of Athlete Perception of Unethical Behaviors of Trainers" and "Ethical Leadership Scale" were used as data collection tools. Percentage and frequency distributions, Pearson Correlation Analysis, t-Test, One-Way ANOVA and Regression Analysis were applied in the analysis of the data. According to the results of the research, while a significant difference was found in the sub-dimensions of the Sports Attachment Scale in the context of marital status, wrestling style, education status, sports age and place of residence (p<0.05), in terms of nationality status, mother's education level and father's education level variables, Sports Commitment No significant difference was found in the sub-dimensions of the scale (p>0.05). While there was a significant difference in the sub-dimensions of the Athlete Perception Scale Related to Unethical Behaviors of Trainers in the context of nationality status, wrestling style, educational status, mother's education level, father's education level, sports age and place of residence (p<0.05), in terms of marital status variable no significant difference was found (p>0.05). While a significant difference was found in the sub-dimensions of the Ethical Leadership Scale in terms of marital status, nationality status, wrestling style, education status, father's education level, sports age and place of residence (p<0.05), no significant difference was found in the variables of father's education status and place of residence (p>0.05). It is seen that the relationship between the age variable and the Sports Commitment Scale and the Ethical Leadership Scale has a low and negative effect on the results of Pearson Correlation Analysis (r= - 0.151, p<0.01). According to the results of Persons Correlation Analysis, the relationship between the age variable and the Athlete Perception Scale Regarding the Unethical Behaviors of Trainers has a low and positive effect (r= 0.286, p<0.05).According to the results of the Regression Analysis, it was found that there was a negative and significant effect on the unethical behavior of the trainers and their commitment to sports. It is seen that this effect is explained at the rate of 2% (R2=0.255).en_US
