dc.description.abstractBu araştırmanın amacı, profesyonel futbolcuların antrenörleriyle ilgili karizmatik liderlik algılarının farklı değişkenlere göre etkisini incelemektir. Araştırmaya Türkiye Futbol Federasyonunun farklı lig seviyelerinde aktif futbol oynayan, 18'den başlayan 36 ve üzerine kadar devam eden yaş aralığındaki toplam 509 profesyonel sporcu gönüllü olarak katıldı. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak araştırmacı tarafından oluşturulan kişisel bilgi formu ile birlikte Veli Onur Çelik (2013) tarafından geliştirilen 10 boyut ve 35 maddeden oluşan Karizmatik Liderlik Ölçeği (KLÖ) kullanıldı. SPSS 26.0 paket programı ile incelenen veriler normal dağılım gösterdiğinden dolayı ikili grup karşılaştırmalarında 'Bağımsız Örneklem T Testi', çoklu grup karşılaştırmalarında ise 'Tek Yönlü Varyans Analizi' ile birlikte Posthoc testlerinden Tukey testi kullanıldı. Sonuçlar. P<0.05 anlamlılık düzeyine göre yorumlandı. Ölçek analiz sonuçları incelendiğinde yaş değişkenine, futbolcu ve antrenör arasındaki gelir düzeyine, profesyonellik süresi değişkenine, oynadıkları lig değişkenine, takım antrenörleri ile birlikte çalıştıkları yıl değişkenine, futbolcuların yıllık gelir düzeyi değişkenine, eğitim düzeyi değişkenine ve oyun mevkileri değişkenine göre sporcuların antrenörleriyle ilgili karizmatik liderlik algılarında anlamlı farklılıklar tespit edilmiştir.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe aim of this research is to examine the effect of charismatic leadership perceptions of professional football players about their coaches according to different variables. A total of 509 professional football players, who play active football in different league levels of the Turkish Football Federation, participated in the research voluntarily. Personal information form created by the researcher and the Charismatic Leadership Scale (CLS) consisting of 10 dimensions and 35 items developed by Veli Onur Çelik (2013) were used as data collection tool in the research. Since the data analyzed with the SPSS 26.0 package program showed normal distribution, the 'Independent Sample T-Test' was used in paired group comparisons, and the 'One-Way Analysis of Variance' was used in multi-group comparisons, as well as the Tukey test, one of the Posthoc tests. The results were interpreted according to the 05 significance level. When the scale analysis results are examined, it has been detected that there is a significant difference in athletes' perception of charismatic leadership about their coaches according to the age variable, the income level difference between the football player and the coach, the variable of professionalism, the league they play, the year they work with the team trainers, the annual income level of the players, the education level variable and the position they play.en_US
