dc.description.abstractNekrofili, ölü bedenlere yönelik cinsel çekim ve davranışlarla karakterize edilen nadir bir parafilidir. Tarih boyunca farklı kültürlerde ve kişilerde görülen bu davranış, genellikle psikolojik ve biyolojik etkenlerle ilişkilendirilmiştir. Bu makalede, nekrofili kavramının tanımı, tarihsel arka planı ve etiyolojik teorileri incelenmektedir. Literatürde nadiren bildirilen kadın nekrofili vakaları üzerine odaklanarak, vakaların klinik özellikleri ve tedavi yaklaşımları tartışılmaktadır. Bu kapsamda sunulan vaka, gençliğinden itibaren ölülerle ilgilenen ve mesleki olarak ölülerle çalışan 41 yaşındaki bir kadın hastanın detaylı klinik değerlendirmesini içermektedir. Bu vaka, nadir görülen bu durumun daha iyi anlaşılması ve tedavi stratejilerinin geliştirilmesi açısından önem taşımaktadır.
dc.description.abstractNecrophilia is a rare paraphilia characterized by sexual attraction and behavior towards dead bodies. This behavior, which has been seen in different cultures and individuals throughout history, has generally been associated with psychological and biological factors. This article examines the definition, historical background and etiological theories of the concept of necrophilia. Focusing on cases of female necrophilia that are rarely reported in the literature, the clinical features and treatment approaches of the cases are discussed. In this context, the case presented includes a detailed clinical evaluation of a 41-year-old female patient who has been interested in the dead since her youth and has worked with the dead professionally. This case is important for a better understanding of this rare condition and for the development of treatment strategies.
