dc.description.abstractBu araştırmanın amacı Sınıf Öğretmenliği ve Pedagojik Formasyon Programlarına devam etmekte olan öğretmen adaylarının öz-yeterlik inançlarının karşılaştırmalı olarak incelenmesidir. Rize Üniversitesinde farklı programlara devam etmekte toplam 407 öğretmen adayı ile yürütülen araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak, Ohio Öğretmen Yetkinlik Ölçeği'nin Baloğlu ve Karadağ (2008) tarafından Türkçeye uyarlanan formu kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda öğretmen adaylarının öz-yeterlik inançlarının cinsiyetlerine bağlı olarak istatistiksel açıdan anlamlı düzeyde farklılaşmadığı belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca, Pedagojik Formasyon Programına mezun durumda katılan öğretmen adaylarının öz-yeterlik inançlarının, tüm boyutlarda Sınıf Öğretmenliği Programına devam eden öğretmen adayları ile Pedagojik Formasyon Programına Fen-Edebiyat Fakültesinden katılan öğretmen adaylarının öz yeterlik inançlarından daha yüksek olduğu görülmüştür.
dc.description.abstractThis research aims to investigate the self-efficacy beliefs of the pre-service teachers attending to the primary teacher education and pedagogical formation programs. The study was applied to 407 pre-service teachers in Rize University. The Turkish form of the Ohio State Teacher Efficacy Scale was used as data gathering instrument. The study results revealed that the selfefficacy beliefs of the pre-service teachers did not differ statistically according to gender. However the study results indicated that the pre-service teachers attaining to the pedagogical formation program had higher self-efficacy beliefs level than the pre-service teachers of primary teacher education program.
