dc.description.abstractİsmail Hakkı Bursevi (d. 1137/1725), who lived in the 19th century is the author of the work named Ruhu'l-Beyan fi Tefsiri'l-Kur'an, which is one of the most comprehensive and most famous of the ishari interpretations written in the Ottoman period. In this work, he has included many explanations, both narration, wisdom, and ishari, regarding the role of sunnah in understanding the divine destined to be desired, and in this context, the position, role, and authority of Muhammad in religion. As it is known, there is an understanding claiming that the Prophet's duty is to convey the Qur'an to the dwellers of the earth and that he has no other responsibility. The purpose of this work is to determine whether the views of those who ignore the close relationship between Qur'an and Muhammad, who was the last divine revelation, and the first addressee, implementer, preacher, and explainer of the Qur'an and say "The Qur'an is enough for us" are compatible with the Qur'an or not.
dc.description.abstractXVIII. yüzyılda yaşayan ve yüzden fazla eseri bulunan İsmail Hakkı Bursevi (ö. 1137/1725), Osmanlı döneminde yazılan işari tefsirlerin en kapsamlısı ve en çok ilgi görenlerinden olan Ruhu'l-Beyan fi Tefsiri'l-Kur'an isimli eserin müellifidir. O, bu eserinde muradı ilahinin anlaşılmasında sünnetin rolünü ve bu bağlamda Hz. Muhammed'in dindeki konumuna, rolüne ve salahiyetine yönelik hem rivayet, hem dirayet hem de işari olmak üzere birçok açıklamaya yer vermiştir. Malum olduğu üzere Hz. Peygamber'in görevinin Kur'an'ı muhataplarına aktarmaktan ibaret olduğunu, başkaca bir görevinin bulunmadığını, Allah'ın Hz. Peygamber'e insanlığa iletmek üzere Kur'an'dan başka herhangi bir şey vermediğini iddia eden bir anlayış söz konusudur. Bu çalışma Hz. Peygamber'e itaati, ihtiramı, ittibayı önemsemeyen, onun tebyin görevini ve örnekliğini aynı zamanda son ilahi vahiy olan Kur'an-ı Kerim ile onun ilk muhatabı, uygulayıcısı, tebliğcisi, açıklayıcısı olan Hz. Muhammed arasındaki sıkı ilişkiyi görmezden gelip "Kur'an bize yeter." diyenlerin görüşlerinin Kur'an'la bağdaşıp bağdaşmadığını meşhur bir işari tefsir örneği olan Ruhu'l-Beyan'da tespit etmeyi amaçlamaktadır.
