Özet
İmâm Şâfiî, hem İslâm hukûkunda hem de edebiyât ve şiir alanında da önemli bir şahsiyettir. Kendisiyle ilgili yapılan araştırmaların çoğu fıkıhtaki yönünü dikkate almaktadır ama edebî kişiliğine ihmalkâr davranmaktadır. Arap gramercileri ve edebiyâtçıları tarafından kendisinden hep övgüyle söz edilir. Şiirlerinde ele aldığı konuları toplumun tüm kısımlarına aktarır. Bu durumun altında yatan sebep, şiirlerinde anlaşılır ve yalın bir dil kullanmış olmasıdır. ?ur'ân, edebiyât, hadîs ve dil eğitiminin te'sîri şiirlerinde net olarak hissedilmektedir. Şiirlerini oluştururken kelime seçiminde hassas davranır ve okyucusunu şiirlerindeki anlam katmanlarına doğru çeker. İmâm Şâfiî'nin şiirlerindeki konular geniş bir yelpazeye sahiptir. Şiirlerinde ele aldığı konular; yaşam tecrübeleri, inanç, ahlâk, öğüt, ilim, tasavvuf gibi birbirinden farklı alanları kapsar. Bu farklı alanlar hem toplum hem de insan için sanat anlayışını içşelleştirdiğini bize göstermektedir. Çalışmamız üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde; İmâm Şâfiî'nin ilmî hayatı ile edebî kişiliği ve eserleri ele alınmaktadır. İkinci bölümde; dîvânının tanıtımı ve konu yapısının incelenmesi, üçüncü bölümde ise dîvânın edebî yönden incelenmesi çalışmaya dâhil olmaktadır. İmâm Şâfiî'nin dîvânından seçilen şiirlerin, belâgat ilimleri açısından tahlîlleri yapılmaktadır. Yani bu çalışmada İmâm Şâfiî'nin şiirlerindeki edebî sanatları analiz ederek belâgat ilmini, bu ilmi oluşturan me'ânî, beyân ve bedî' ilimlerini tanımak ve bu ilimlerin konularını uygulamalı olarak gösterme amaçları yer almaktadır. Söz konusu çalışma, literatür ve kaynak tarama yöntemlerinden oluşmaktadır. Dîvândan seçilen şiirlerin edebî analizleri, çözümleme yolları belâgat ilmiyle alâkalı kaynaklar dikkate alınarak yapılmaktadır. Çalışmanın sonunda hem İmâm Şâfiî'nin ilmî hayatı, edebî kişiliği, eserleri, dîvânı hakkında bilgi sahibi olunmakta hem de şiirlerinde kullanmış olduğu çeşitli edebî sanatların neler olduğu ve uygulamalarının nasıl yapıldığı yer almaktadır.
Imam Shafi'i is an important figure in Islamic jurisprudence, but he is also an important figure in literature and poetry. Most of the researches on him pay attention to his jurisprudence but neglect his literary personality. He is always praised by Arabic grammarians and literary scholars. In his poems, he conveys the issues he deals with to all parts of the society. The underlying reason for this is that he used an understandable and simple language in his poems. The influence of the Qur'an, literature, hadith and language education is clearly felt in his poems. While creating his poems, he is sensitive in the choice of words and draws the reader towards the layers of meaning in his poems. The subjects in Imam Shafi'i's poems have a wide range. The subjects he deals with in his poems cover different areas such as life experiences, faith, morality, morality, advice, science, and mysticism. These different fields show us that he internalised the understanding of art for both society and human beings. This study consists of three parts. In the first part; Imam Shafi'i's scientific life, literary personality and his works are discussed. In the second part; the introduction of the divan and the examination of the subject structure, and in the third part, the literary analysis of the divan is included in the study. The poems selected from Imam Shafi'i's divan are analysed in terms of rhetorical sciences. In other words, the aim of this study is to analyse the literary arts in Imam Shafi'i's poems in order to get to know the science of rhetoric, the sciences of meânî, declaration and bedî' that constitute this science and to show the subjects of these sciences practically. The study in question consists of literature and source scanning methods. The literary analyses of the poems selected from the divan and the ways of analysis are made by taking into account the sources related to the science of eloquence. At the end of the study, both Imam Shafi'i's scientific life, literary personality, his works, his divan, and the various literary arts he used in his poems and how they were applied are included.
