dc.description.abstractİnsan hakları, doğuştan kazanılan ve her insan için geçerli olan haklardır. İnsan haklarının birincil amacı, insan onurunu korumaktır. Bu hususta devletlere önemli görev ve sorumluluk düşmektedir. Günümüzde demokratik devletler başta olmak üzere hemen her devlet anayasasında insan haklarına yer vermektedir. İnsan haklarının tespiti, tanınması ve temsili devletlere güçlü bir meşruiyet zemini oluşturmaktadır. Bu çalışmada Özbekistan Cumhuriyet Anayasası'nda yer alan insan hakları incelenmektedir. İnsan Hakları Evrensel Bildirisi'nde yer alan maddeler ışığında karşılaştırmalı bir değerlendirmeye yer verilmektedir. Çalışmanın amacı, Özbekistan Devleti'nin insan hakları konusundaki tutum ve yaklaşımını anayasal noktada ve İnsan Hakları Evrensel Bildirisi ışığında değerlendirilmesidir. Çalışmada Özbekistan Cumhuriyet Anayasası'nda yer alan insan haklarının büyük oranda İnsan Hakları Evrensel Bildirisi'nde ifade edilen haklarla örtüştüğü sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
dc.description.abstractHuman rights are rights that are acquired from birth and are valid for every human being. The primary purpose of human rights is to protect human dignity. States have an important duty and responsibility in this regard. Today, almost every state, especially democratic states, includes human rights in their constitutions. The identification, recognition and representation of human rights provide a strong basis for legitimacy for states. In this study, the human rights included in the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan are examined. A comparative evaluation is included in the light of the articles in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. The aim of the study is to evaluate the attitude and approach of the State of Uzbekistan on human rights from a constitutional point of view and in the light of the Universal Declaration. The study concluded that the human rights included in the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan largely overlap with the rights expressed in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
