THE EFFECT OF TARGET PRESSURE ON ATTENDANCE COMMITMENT AND EMOTIONAL BALANCE: AN APPLICATION IN THE BANKING SECTOR

dc.description.abstractBanking activities in our country and the world are increasing day by day, and as a result, the pressure on bank employees is constantly increasing. As in many sectors, human resources are very important in the banking sector. Banks contribute to their development by providing their employees with the training they need, such as personal development, marketing, communication, sales and consulting. However, due to the expansion of banking activities and increasing competition, the increasing expectations of bank managers increase the work stress of bank employees. In the face of this stress, the emotional balance of the employees whose commitment to the organization is affected will also be affected. This research was carried out to examine the effect of the target pressure experienced by the bank staff in the Alanya district of Antalya on Decisiveness and emotional balance and to determine the relationship between these concepts. In this context, 115 people were reached using the survey method and the collected data were analyzed. According to the results of the analysis, it was found that there is a negative relationship between target pressure and Decisiveness and emotional balance, and the experienced target pressure negatively affects the decisiveness and emotional balance.
dc.description.abstractÜlkemizde ve dünyada bankacılık faaliyetleri her geçen gün artmakta ve bunun sonucunda banka çalışanları üzerlerindeki baskı sürekli artmaktadır. Birçok sektörde olduğu gibi bankacılık sektöründe de insan kaynağı çok önemlidir. Bankalar çalışanlarına ihtiyaç duydukları kişisel gelişim, pazarlama, iletişim, satış ve danışmanlık gibi eğitimleri vererek onların gelişimine katkı sağlamaktadır. Fakat bankacılık faaliyetlerinin genişlemesi ve artan rekabetten dolayı, banka yönetimlerinin artan beklentisi banka çalışanlarının iş streslerini arttırmaktadır. Yaşanan bu stres karşısında örgüte devam bağlılığı etkilenen çalışanların aynı zamanda duygusal dengeleri de etkilenecektir. Bu araştırma, Antalya' nın Alanya ilçesinde yer alan banka personellerinin yaşadığı hedef baskısının devam bağlılığına ve duygusal dengeye etkisini incelemek ve bu kavramlar arasındaki ilişkiyi belirleyebilmek amacıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu bağlamda, anket yöntemi kullanılarak 115 kişiye ulaşılmış ve toplanan veriler analiz edilmiştir. Elde edilen analiz bulgularına hedef baskısı ile devam bağlılığı ve duygusal denge arasında negatif bir ilişki olduğu ve yaşanan hedef baskısının devam bağlılığını ve duygusal dengeyi olumsuz olarak etkilediği tespit edilmiştir.
