dc.description.abstractThe aim of this study is to examine the relationship between parenting attitudes of parents of 48-72 month-old children who continue their preschool education and media mediation. This research is based on the relational screening model, which is one of the quantitative research methods. The study group consists of 455 parents living in İncesu district of Kayseri province. The research data were obtained using the 'Demographic Information Form', 'Parental Attitude Scale' and 'Early Childhood Parent Media Mediation Scale'. The relationship between the Parent Attitude Scale and the Early Childhood Parent Media Mediation Scale was examined using the Correlation Test. When the findings were examined; It was determined that the "Parental Media Mediation" scale had positive moderate-level significant relationships with the "Democratic Attitude" dimension, negative moderate-level significant relationships with the "Authoritarian Attitude" dimension, positive low-level significant relationships with the "Overprotective Attitude" dimension and negative low-level significant relationships with the "Permissive Attitude" dimension.the "Authoritarian Attitude" dimension, positive low-level significant relationships with the "Overprotective Attitude" dimension, and negative low-level significant relationships with the "Permissive Attitude" dimension, which are sub-dimensions of the "Parental Attitude" scale.
dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada; okul öncesi eğitimini sürdüren 48-72 aylık çocukları olan ebeveynlerinin ebeveynlik tutumları ile medya aracılıkları ilişkisinin incelenmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Bu araştırma nicel araştırma yöntemlerinden birisi olan ilişkisel tarama modelindedir. Araştırmanın çalışma grubu Kayseri ili İncesu ilçesinde yaşayan 455 ebeveynden oluşmaktadır. Araştırma verilerine 'Demografik Bilgi Formu', 'Ebeveyn Tutum Ölçeği' ve 'Erken Çocukluk Ebeveyn Medya Aracılık Ölçeği' ile ulaşılmıştır. "Ebeveyn Tutum Ölçeği" ile "Erken Çocukluk Ebeveyn Medya Aracılık Ölçeği" ilişkisi Korelasyon Testi ile incelenmiştir. Bulgular incelendiğinde; "Ebeveyn Medya Aracılık" ölçeğinin "Ebeveyn Tutum" ölçeğinin alt boyutlarından "Demokratik Tutum" boyutu ile pozitif orta düzey, "Otoriter Tutum" boyutu ile negatif orta düzey, "Aşırı Koruyucu Tutum" boyutu ile pozitif düşük düzey, "İzin Verici Tutum" boyutu ile negatif düşük düzeyli anlamlı ilişkiler olduğu saptanmıştır.
