Özet
Bu araştırma okul müdürleri liderlik stilleri ile beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmenlerinin örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışları ve psikolojik sağlamlıkları arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesi amacıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu bağlamda nicel olarak yürütülen araştırmanın temel amacı ile tutarlı olan ilişkisel tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu, 33 kadın ve 144 erkek olmak üzere toplam 177 beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmeni oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma grubu seçiminde olasılıklı olmayan örnekleme yaklaşımlarından kolayda örnekleme yönteminden faydalanılmıştır. Veri toplama aracı olarak anket formu kullanılmış olup bu form dört bölümden oluşmaktadır. Anket formunun: birinci bölümünde "Kişisel Bilgi Formu", ikinci bölümünde "Okul Müdürleri Liderlik Stilleri Ölçeği", üçüncü bölümde "Örgütsel Vatandaşlık Davranışı Ölçeği", dördüncü bölümde "Kısa Psikolojik Sağlamlık Ölçeği" yer almaktadır. Bu form aracılığıyla elde edilen ham verilerin ilk olarak veri türü gözetilerek tanımlayıcı istatistikleri hesaplanmıştır. Daha sonra elde edilen verilere ilişkin ölçeklerin boyutlarının güvenirlikleri araştırılmış olup farklılık ve ilişki (korelasyon) testleri, istatistiksel değerlendirmeler yapılmıştır. Bu doğrultuda; cinsiyet değişkeni kapsamında anlamlı farklılık tespit edilmemiştir. Ancak medeni hal değişkenine göre örgütsel bağlılık ve özerklik ve değerlilik alt boyutlarında evli katılımcıların lehine anlamlı farklılıkların olduğu bulunmuştur. Mesleki hizmet süresi değişkeni ile dönüşümcü liderlik alt boyutu arasında negatif yönde ve düşük düzeyde, serbest bırakıcı liderlik alt boyutu arasında ise pozitif yönde ve düşük düzeyde anlamlı ilişkiler bulunmaktadır. Katılımcıların örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışları ile psikolojik sağlamlıkları arasında pozitif yönde ve orta düzeyde anlamlı bir ilişkinin olduğu görülmüştür. Katılımcıların dönüşümcü liderlik algıları ile örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışları arasında pozitif yönde ve orta düzeyde anlamlı bir ilişkinin olduğu bulunmuştur. Katılımcıların serbest bırakıcı liderlik algıları ile örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışları arasında negatif yönde ve düşük düzeyde anlamlı bir ilişkinin olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Katılımcıların sürdürümcü liderlik algıları ile örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışları arasında negatif yönde ve düşük düzeyde anlamlı bir ilişkinin olduğu bulunmuştur. Ayrıca katılımcıların sürdürümcü liderlik algıları ile psikolojik sağlamlıkları arasında negatif yönde ve düşük düzeyde anlamlı bir ilişkinin olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Dolayısıyla dönüşümcü liderlik davranışları artıkça örgütsel vatandaşlığın artığı, serbest bırakıcı liderlik davranışları artıkça örgütsel vatandaşlığın azaldığı ve sürdürümcü liderlik davranışları artıkça örgütsel vatandaşlığın ve psikolojik sağlamlığın azaldığı sonucuna varılmıştır. This research was carried out to examine the relationship between school principals' leadership styles and physical education and sports teachers' organizational citizenship behaviors and resilience. In this context, in this quantitative study, the relational survey model, which is consistent with the main purpose of the study, was used. The study group of the research consists of 177 physical education and sports teachers, 33 women and 144 men. Convenience sampling method, one of the non-probabilistic sampling approaches, was used in the selection of the research group. Questionnaire form was used as data collection tool and this form consists of four parts. In the first part of the questionnaire, there is the "Personal Information Form", the second part includes the "School Principals Leadership Styles Scale", the third part includes the "Organizational Citizenship Behavior Scale", and the fourth part includes the "Short Psychological Resilience Scale". The descriptive statistics of the raw data obtained through this form were first calculated by considering the data type. Then, the reliability of the dimensions of the scales related to the data obtained were investigated, and the difference and correlation tests were used in statistical evaluations. In this direction; No significant difference was found within the scope of gender variable. However, according to the marital status variable, there were significant differences in favor of the married participants in the sub-dimensions of organizational commitment and autonomy and worthiness. There are negative and low-level significant relationships between the variable of professional service time and the transformational leadership sub-dimension, and positive and low-level significant relationships between the liberating leadership sub-dimension. It was observed that there was a positive and moderately significant relationship between the organizational citizenship behaviors of the participants and their psychological resilience. It was found that there was a positive and moderately significant relationship between the transformational leadership perceptions of the participants and their organizational citizenship behaviors. It has been determined that there is a negative and low-level significant relationship between the participants' liberating leadership perceptions and their organizational citizenship behaviors. It was found that there was a negative and low-level significant relationship between the participants' perceptions of continuity leadership and their organizational citizenship behaviors. In addition, it was determined that there was a negative and low-level significant relationship between the participants' perceptions of continuity leadership and their psychological resilience. Therefore, it can be concluded that organizational citizenship increases as transformational leadership behaviors increase, organizational citizenship decreases as liberating leadership behaviors increase, and organizational citizenship and psychological resilience decreases as sustainable leadership behaviors increase.
