dc.description.abstractLiterature has a role in cultural transmission to future generations by witnessing various events that occur in social life. From this point of view, poets and writers deal with almost every event that occurs in social life in their works. One of the events that undoubtedly played an essential role in the history of Islam and can be expressed as a breaking or turning point for the Islamic world is the Karbala Incident. This event, which touched the hearts of every poet and writer, has made a place for itself in Arabic, Persian, and Turkish literature. It has led to the writing of many works in verse, prose, or mixed in poetry and prose, in which the events of Hüseyin's life in Karbala are told. It has led to the writing of many works in poetry, prose or mixed in poetry and prose, in which the events of Hazrat Hussein in Karbala are told. One of the researchers, poets, and writers who included the events in Karbala in his work is Ibrahim Aczî Kendi. Aczî wrote a book called Şehadet-i Hazret-i Hüseyin in order to express his discomfort and sadness about the process in Karbala. In this study, I will first give brief information about Aczî's life and then introduce his work.
