dc.description.abstractYapay zeka (YZ) teknolojileri, insanlık tarihindeki savaşlar ve teknolojik gelişmelerle paralel olarak evrimleşmiş, özellikle II. Dünya Savaşı sonrası hız kazanan bilgisayar bilimi alanında önemli bir yer edinmiştir. Alan Turing'in "Turing Testi" ile ilk kez zihinsel kapasite ölçümleri yapılan YZ, 1956'da Dartmouth Koleji'nde yapılan konferansla tanımlanmış ve teknolojinin gelişimi, güvenlik, iletişim ve dijital ekonomi alanlarında büyük bir dönüşüm yaratmıştır. Günümüzde, YZ insan emeğini azaltma ve kapasitesini artırma hedefiyle birçok sektörde hızla entegre edilmekte, spor gibi dinamik alanlarda da önemli etkiler yaratmaktadır. Spor hukuku bağlamında YZ'nin etkisi, sadece performans analizi ve antrenman süreçlerini değil, aynı zamanda hukuki sorumlulukları ve etik soruları da gündeme getirmektedir. Spor organizasyonlarında, YZ'nin kullanımı adil rekabetin sağlanması ve kararların objektif bir şekilde alınması adına önemli fırsatlar sunmaktadır. Ancak, YZ'nin sporcuların biyometrik verilerinin toplanması ve işlenmesi, kişisel veri güvenliği ve mahremiyetle ilgili ciddi hukuki ve etik sorunları gündeme getirmektedir. Verilerin doğru bir şekilde korunması ve izinsiz kullanımının engellenmesi, yalnızca sporcular ve kulüpler arasındaki ilişkilerde değil, taraftarlar ve medya ile olan ilişkilerde de şeffaflık ve denetim gerektirmektedir. Ayrıca, YZ'nin spor hukukunda "adil oyun" ilkesine nasıl etki edeceği, bu teknolojinin kullanımının sağlıklı bir şekilde düzenlenmesi için önemli bir tartışma alanı oluşturmaktadır. Bu çalışma, YZ'nin spor hukukundaki potansiyel etkilerini inceleyerek, spor yöneticiliği, performans analizleri ve hukuki düzenlemeler bağlamında etik ve sorumluluk sorunlarına dair önemli çıkarımlar yapmayı amaçlamaktadır Anahtar kelimeler: Spor Hukuku, yapay Zeka, Spor, Adil Rekabet Abstract
dc.description.abstractThe development of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies has evolved in parallel with historical wars and technological advancements, particularly after World War II, which accelerated the field of computer science. The introduction of the "Turing Test" by Alan Turing marked the first significant attempt to measure the cognitive capabilities of machines. AI was formally defined at the 1956 conference at Dartmouth College, and its technological growth has led to transformative changes in security, communication, and the digital economy. Today, AI is rapidly being integrated into various sectors with the goal of reducing human labor and enhancing human capacity, also making a significant impact on dynamic fields such as sports. In the context of sports law, the impact of AI extends beyond performance analysis and training processes, raising legal responsibilities and ethical questions. The use of AI in sports organizations offers significant opportunities to ensure fair competition and make objective decisions. However, the collection and processing of biometric data from athletes, along with privacy and personal data protection concerns, pose serious legal and ethical issues. Ensuring the proper safeguarding of such data and preventing unauthorized use is crucial not only in the relationships between athletes and clubs but also in terms of transparency and oversight in the interactions with fans and the media. Furthermore, how AI impacts the principle of "fair play" in sports law presents an important area of discussion that requires proper regulation of AI technologies in this domain. This study aims to explore the potential effects of AI in sports law, with a focus on sports management, performance analysis, and legal regulations, while addressing key ethical and responsibility concerns.
