Özet
Eğitim kurumlarında çalışan öğretmenlerde insan enerjisinin performansa etkisini inceleyerek iki değişken arasındaki ilişkiyi ortaya koymayı amaçlayan bu araştırma, nicel araştırma yöntemlerine uygun olarak hazırlanmıştır. Gümüşhane ilindeki eğitim öğretim kurumlarında fiilen çalışmakta olan 414 öğretmenden gönüllülük esasına göre veri toplanmış, veriler SPSS Paket Programı'nda analiz edilmiştir. Tüm bu verilere faktör ve güvenirlik analizleri yapılmış çalışmanın hipotezleri bu analizler sonucunda test edilmiştir. Gruplar arasında anlamlı fark olup olmadığını belirlemek için Tek Yönlü Varyans Analizi (One-Way ANOVA), iki grup karşılaştırmalarında ise bağımsız örneklem için t-testi uygulanmıştır. Araştırma sonucuna göre, insan enerjisi ile performans arasında pozitif yönlü, anlamlı ve güçlü bir ilişki bulunmuştur. İnsan enerjisinin alt boyutları ile performans arasında zihinsel, ruhsal ve fiziksel enerjide pozitif yönlü duygusal enerjide ise negatif yönlü anlamlı ilişki vardır. Bu sonuçlar, öğretmenlerin sahip olduğu enerjinin performanslarını oldukça güçlü bir şekilde etkilediğini ortaya koymaktadır.
This study aims to examine the relationship between human energy levels and performance among teachers working in educational institutions, and it has been conducted in accordance with quantitative research methods. Data were collected on a voluntary basis from 414 teachers who are actively working in educational institutions in the province of Gümüşhane, and the data were analyzed using the SPSS software package. All these data were subjected to factor and reliability analyses, and the hypotheses of the study were tested based on the results of these analyses. One-Way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) was used to identify whether there were significant differences between groups, and an independent samples t-test was applied for comparisons between two groups. According to the results of the study, a positive, significant, and strong relationship was found between human energy and performance. There is a significant relationship between the sub-dimensions of human energy and performance: while mental, spiritual, and physical energy are positively correlated with performance, emotional energy shows a negative correlation. These results indicate that the energy possessed by teachers has a strong impact on their performance.
