Özet
Bu araştırmanın amacı ümit ve genç kategorileri erkek karatecilerde Tabata antrenmanlarının bazı motorik özellikler üzerine etkisinin incelenmesidir. Araştırmanın örneklem grubunu uluslararası müsabakalarda kumite dalında yarışmış ve derece elde etmiş 9 milli sporcu oluşturdu. 8 haftalık antrenman boyunca kontrol grubuna haftada 3 gün Tabata antrenmanı yaptırıldı. Araştırmada nicel ölçüm yöntemleri kullanıldı. Karatecilerden antrenman öncesi ve sonrası vücut kitle indeksi, sırt kuvveti, bacak kuvveti, el kavrama kuvveti, dikey sıçrama, aerobik ve anaerobik dayanıklılık ölçümü, 20 metre sürat testi, çeviklik testi ve esneklik testi ölçümleri alındı. Yapılan ölçümlerde elde edilen verilerin ortalama ve standart sapma değerleri hesaplandı. Araştırmada elde edilen veriler SPSS 25.0 for WİNDOWS istatistik paket programında incelendi. Arşatırma grubununu fiziksel özelliklerine yönelik tanımlayıcı istatistikler yapıldıktan sonra, veri setinin normallik analizi yapıldı. Lorcu (2020) kaynak alınarak, örnek birim sayısının az olması nedeniyle Shapiro-Wilk testi ile normallik sınaması yapıldı ve dağılımın normal olduğu görüldü. Bu nedenle aynı grubuna ait ön test ve son test sonuçlarını karşılaştırmak için Paired Sample T testi kullanıldı. Sonuçlar 'P<0.05' önem derecesine göre değerlendirildi. Kontrol grubunun ön test ve son test değerlerinin karşılaştırılmasında sırt kuvveti, bacak kuvveti, el kavrama kuvveti, dikey sıçrama testi, aerobik ve anaerobik dayanıklılık testi, 20 metre sürat testi, çeviklik testi ve esneklik testi değerlerinde istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir farklılık bulunurken (P<0.05); vücut kitle indeksi değerlerinde istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir farklılık bulunamadı (P>0.05). Sonuç olarak, araştırmamızda 8 hafta uygulanan Tabata antrenmanlarının karatecilerin performansı üzerinde pozitif etkileri belirlenmiştir. Spor bilimcisi/antrenörler araştırmamız gibi karate Tabata antrenmanlarının performans üzerindeki değişimleri incelemeleri, bu bilgilerden elde edilen bulgular doğrultusunda antrenman programlarını geliştirebilmeleri, her spor dalının kendine özgü teknik-taktik stratejileri belirlemeleri ve antrenman programlarını planlayabilmeleri açılarından da önem taşımaktadır. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of Tabata training on some motoric characteristics in male karatekins of the umit and young categories. The sample group of the study consisted of 9 national athletes who competed in kumite at international competitions and obtained degrees. during the 8-week training, the control group underwent Tabata training 3 days a week. Quantitative measurement methods were used in the study. Karate training pre-and post-body mass index, back strength, leg strength, hand grip strength, vertical jump, the measurement of aerobic and anaerobic endurance, 20-meter sprint test, agility test and flexibility test measurements were taken. The mean and standard deviation values of the data obtained in the measurements were calculated. The data obtained in the study were examined in the statistical package program SPSS 25.0 for WINDOWS. After descriptive statistics were made for the physical characteristics of the archiving group, the normality analysis of the data set was performed. Lorcu (2020) took the source and, due to the small number of sample units, a normality test was performed with the Shapiro-Wilk test and it was seen that the distribution was normal. For this reason, the Paired Sample T test was used to compare the preliminary test and final test results of the same gribua. The results were evaluated according to the significance degree' 'P<0.05'. Control group pre-test and post-test scores comparing your back strength, leg strength, hand grip strength, vertical jump test, a test of aerobic and anaerobic endurance, 20-meter sprint test, agility test and flexibility test values were statistically significant differences (P<0.05); statistically significant difference in body mass index values (P>0.05). As a result, in our study, it was determined that Tabata trainings applied for 8 weeks had a positive effect on the performance of karateci. Sports scientist/coaches of our research on the performance of Tabata training karate as review the changes this information to develop training programs in line with the findings of each sport has its own unique technical-tactical and training programs so that they can plan to identify strategies in terms of great importance.
