dc.description.abstractThis study explores the relationship between the Prophetic Sunnah and contemporary sciences through the Disciplined Correspondence method here, correspondence (temasül) denotes a reciprocal, rigorously verified concord, not a superficial resemblance. The approach is presented as an integrative epistemic model aimed at bridging the gap between Shari'ah disciplines and the natural and human sciences. By combining classical ?adith?criticism procedures with rational, customary, and empirical criteria, the research re?examines the textual strategies of early scholars such as al?Shafi'i and Ibn Khaldun and, building on them, articulates the foundations of the Disciplined Correspondence principle. Grounded in the unity of source and truth, the study argues that scriptural texts can be related to scientific knowledge coherently and without exaggerated harmonisation, clearly distinguishing this method from "forced concordism" that projects shifting theories onto revelation. Using selected ?adiths in medicine, environmental sustainability, psychology, and sociology, the paper demonstrates how the Sunnah can engage science in a balanced, methodological manner. It concludes with concrete recommendations for strengthening interdisciplinary collaboration, incorporating the method into educational curricula, and rereading the Islamic scholarly heritage in the light of current scientific data.
dc.description.abstractBu çalışma, Nebevi Sünnet ile çağdaş bilimler arasındaki ilişkiyi Disiplinli Benzeşim (burada benzeşim "karşılıklı ve denetlenmiş uyuşma"yı ifade eder; yüzeysel benzerlik kastedilmez) yöntemi çerçevesinde ele almaktadır. Bu yaklaşım, şer'i ilimlerle doğa ve beşeri bilimler arasındaki kopukluğu aşmayı hedefleyen bütüncül bir bilgi modeli sunar. Araştırma, hadis tenkidinin klasik usulleri ile akıl, örf ve adet kurallarını birleştirerek; İmam Şafi'i ve İbn Haldun gibi erken dönem İslam alimlerinin metin-eleştiri yaklaşımlarını yeniden değerlendirir ve "Disiplinli Benzeşim" ilkesinin temellerini ortaya koyar. Çalışmada, disiplinli benzeşimin kaynak ve hakikat birliği anlayışına dayandığı; şer'i metinlerin bilimsel bilgiyle abartısız, tutarlı bir biçimde ilişkilendirilebileceği vurgulanmaktadır. Ayrıca, değişken bilimsel teorileri doğrudan şer'i metinlere uyarlayan zorlama yaklaşımlarla bu yöntemin farkı net olarak ortaya konur. Tıp, çevre, sürdürülebilirlik, psikoloji ve sosyoloji alanlarındaki örnek hadisler, sünnetin bilimle dengeli ve metodolojik etkileşimini gösterir. Sonuç olarak, çalışma, şer'i ilimlerle deneysel bilimler arasında disiplinler arası iş birliğini güçlendirmeye, Disiplinli Benzeşim yaklaşımını eğitim müfredatlarına dahil etmeye ve İslam ilim mirasını çağdaş bilimsel veriler ışığında yeniden okumaya yönelik somut öneriler sunmaktadır.
