dc.description.abstractBu çalışmanın amacı, yeni mezun sınıf öğretmenlerinin sınıf öğretmeni yetiştirme programına ilişkin görüşlerini ortaya koymaktır. Araştırmada amaçlı örnekleme yöntemlerinden aşırı veya aykırı durum örneklemesi yöntemi ile seçilen 13'ü tek öğretmenli birleştirilmiş sınıflarda, 13'ü de il veya ilçe merkezlerinde bağımsız sınıflarda görev yapan 26 öğretmen ile çalışılmıştır. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak, ilgili literatür incelenerek araştırmacı tarafından hazırlanan yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu kullanılmıştır. Bu araştırma sonucunda elde edilen bulgulara göre hem birleştirilmiş sınıflarda çalışan sınıf öğretmenleri hem de bağımsız sınıflarda çalışan sınıf öğretmenleri çoğunlukla, sınıf öğretmenliği lisans programında yer alan Genel Fizik, Genel Kimya ve Genel Biyoloji alan derslerini ve genel kültür derslerinden de Felsefe ve Sosyoloji dersini aldıkları halde meslek hayatlarında ihtiyaç duymadıklarını belirtmişlerdir.
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study is to reveal the views of new alumni classroom teachers about classroom teacher training program. In the study, 26 teachers, 13 of which work at multigrade classes with a single teacher and 13 teaching at independent classes at city or county classes have been chosen using extreme case or transverse sampling methods of intentional sampling methods. For data collection, the literature has been reviewed and semi-structured interview questionnaire written by the author have been used. As a result of this study, the results have shown that the teachers teaching at both multigrade classes handled by a single teacher and independent classes at city or county centers have stated that they do not need the major field classes such as General Physics, General Chemistry and General Biology and general knowledge classes such as Philosophy and Sociology which are included in undergraduate program course list during their career.
