Özet
İnsanlara rehberlik etmek üzere indirilen Kur'ân-ı Kerim'de kıssalar önemli bir yer tutmaktadır. Yaşanmışlıklar üzerinden hayata dokunan kıssalar, eğitici özellikleriyle insanlara dünyevi ve uhrevi açıdan ibretler sunmakta ve onların hayatlarına çekidüzen vermelerini sağlamaktadır. Aynı şekilde helâk olan kavimler inançsızlık, zulüm ve ahlâki zaaflar bakımından eleştirilmektedirler. Ayrıca helâk kıssaları, helâk olan kavimlerle benzer suçları işleyen günümüz toplumlarına da birçok açıdan ibret dersleri sunmaktadır. Bu çalışmada helâk olan kavimler bağlamında, iş, ticaret ve yönetim ahlâkı ele alınmakta ve önceki toplumların helâk sebepleri üzerinde durulmaktadır. Bu bağlamda, günümüz toplumlarının ahlâki sorunlarıyla karşılaştırmalar yapılarak bazı çözümler sunulmaya çalışılmaktadır. Toplumları helâk sürecine götüren davranışlar irdelenerek günümüz toplumlarının benzer yanlışlardan ve kötü sondan korunması noktasında Kur'ân'ın rehberliği ortaya konulmaya çalışılmaktadır. Önceki toplumlar, iş, ticaret ve yönetim ahlâkı açısından incelenmekte ve insanların daha adaletli ve düzgün bir yaşam sürmeleri için öneriler yapılmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, ilgili âyetlerden, klasik ve modern tefsirlerden, ilgili makale ve tez çalışmalarından faydalanılmaktadır. Bu bağlamda Kur'ân çerçevesinde, adalet, dürüstlük ve sorumluk gibi özelliklerin, insanlar ve toplumların dengeli bir şekilde işleyişindeki önemi vurgulanmaktadır.
Stories have an important place in the Holy Quran, which was revealed to guide people. Stories that touch life through experiences offer lessons to people in terms of worldly and otherworldly aspects with their educational features and enable them to put their lives in order. Similarly, the destroyed nations in the stories are criticized in terms of disbelief, cruelty, and moral weaknesses. In addition, the stories of destruction offer many lessons to today's societies that commit similar crimes to the destroyed nations. In this study, the ethics of business, trade and management are discussed in the context of the destroyed nations and the reasons for the destruction of previous societies are emphasized. In this context, comparisons are made with the moral problems of today's societies and some solutions are tried to be offered. By examining the behaviors that lead societies to the destruction process, the guidance of the Qur'an is tried to be revealed in terms of protecting today's societies from similar mistakes and bad endings. Previous societies are examined in terms of business, trade and management ethics and suggestions are made for people to live a more just and proper life. In this study, relevant verses, classical and modern commentaries, relevant articles and theses are used. In this context, within the framework of the Qur'an, the importance of features such as justice, honesty and responsibility in the balanced functioning of people and societies is emphasized.
