Özet
Bu çalışmanın amacı, üniversite öğrencilerinin basit elektrik devreleri konusundaki kavram yanılgılarını saptamaktır. 2006/2007 öğretim yılında güz döneminde gerçekleştirilen çalışmanın örneklemini, Bayburt Eğitim Fakültesi Fen Bilgisi Öğretmenliği Birinci Sınıfa devam etmekte olan toplam 122 öğretmen adayı oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada öğrencilerin basit elektrik devreleri hakkındaki kavram yanılgılarını eksik bilgiden, hatadan ve tahminden ayırt edebilecek üç aşamalı açık uçlu sorular kullanılmıştır. Veriler, Peşman tarafından 2005 yılında geliştirilen "Basit Elektrik Devreleri Tanı Testi" yardımıyla toplanmıştır. Araştırmada öğrencilerin, çok sayıda kavram yanılgısına sahip oldukları saptanmıştır.
The purpose of this study was to determine university students' misconceptions of simple electric circuits. The sample of the research implemented in fall semester in 2006-2007 educational year consisted of total 122 science teacher training students in Bayburt Education Faculty, Bayburt university. In the research, three-stage test distinguishing misconceptions from inadequate knowledge, mistakes and presumptions was used. In the study, the data was collected through the "Simple Electric Circuit Diagnostic Test" originally developed by Peşman (2005). It was found in this research that students had many misconceptions.
