Özet
Tasnif döneminin başlamasıyla birlikte İslami ilimlerle ilgili bâblara asıl olacak hadisler de hadis müellifleri tarafından belirlenmeye başlamıştır. Şüphesiz belirlenen bu asıl hadisler müelliflerin gözettiği kriterlere göre değişiklik arz etmektedir. Bu noktada hadis ilimleri içerisinde önemli bir konumu bulunan Buhârî'nin asıl hadislerin tespiti konusundaki yerinin ve farkının ne olduğunun incelenmesi çalışmanın çıkış noktası konumundadır. Bu sebeple çalışmada bir hadisin bir bâba asıl olması için Buhârî'nin gerekli gördüğü asgari şartların ne olduğunun Sahîh'e aldığı ve Sahîh dışında bıraktığı hadisler üzerinden incelenmesi hedeflenmiştir. Buna göre çalışma asıl hadis terimiyle kastedilen mananın, çalışmanın amacı ve hedeflerinin netleştirildiği giriş bölümüyle başlamaktadır. Birinci Bölüm'de tarihi süreç içerisinde Buhârî'nin şartlarıyla ilgili dile getirilen tespitlerin değerlendirmesi yapılmış, ricâle indirgendiği görülen şartlar yeniden gözden geçirilmiş, somut verilerle elde edilen metin ve isnâdla ilgili şartlar ortaya konmaya çalışılmış ve bunların asıl hadisle irtibatı incelenmiştir. İkinci Bölüm'de Buhârî'nin kendi dönemi ve ondan öncesi ile mukayesesi yapılarak onun asıl hadislerle ilgili tasarrufları, bu husutaki farklı yönleri ortaya konmaya çalışılmıştır. Ayrıca burada başka müelliflerin asıl olarak kabul ettiği ancak Buhârî'nin Sahîh'ine almadığı hadislerin Buhârî açısından ne anlama geldiği tartışılmış, onun bu konudaki farkının somut şekilde görülebilmesi için kitabına aldığı hadislerden çok, almadığı asıl hadislerin incelenmesinin önemi vurgulanmıştır. Üçüncü Bölüm'de başka muhaddisler tarafından asıl kabul edilip Buhârî'nin Sahîh'ine almadığı hadislerin herhangi bir illeti haiz olup olmadığı örnek rivayetler üzerinden incelenmiş ve bunun "sahih hadis" konusuyla irtibatı araştırılmıştır. Böylece çalışma Buhârî'nin kitabına aldığı hadislerde gözettiği şartlar konusunu "asıl hadisler/asıllar" üzerinden ele alarak ve buna "Buhârî'nin almadığı asıl hadisler" konusunu da dâhil ederek farklı bir perspektif ortaya koymaya çalışmıştır.
With the beginning of the classification period, the hadiths that would be the basis for the chapters related to Islamic sciences were also determined by the authors of hadith. Undoubtedly, these main hadiths vary according to the criteria observed by the authors. At this point, the starting point of this study is to examine the place and difference of al-Bukhari, who has an important position in hadith sciences, in determining the primary hadiths. This study thus seeks to examine the minimum conditions that al-Bukhari considered necessary for a had?th to be regarded as primary, with a particular focus on the hadiths he included in the Sahih and those he omitted. Accordingly, the study begins with an introductory chapter in which the meaning of the term 'primary hadith' and the aim and objectives of the study are clarified. In the first chapter, the determinations about al-Bukhari's conditions in the historical process are evaluated, the conditions that are seen to be reduced to the rijal are reviewed, the conditions related to the text and isn?d obtained with concrete data are tried to be put forward, and their connection with the primary had?th is examined. In the second chapter, Bukhari's period and its predecessors are compared and his dispositions regarding the primary hadiths and his different aspects are tried to be revealed. In addition, the meaning of the hadiths that other authors accepted as authentic but Bukhari did not include in his Sah?h is discussed, and the importance of examining the primary hadiths that Bukhari did not include rather than the hadiths that he included in his book is emphasized in order to see his difference in this regard in a concrete way. In the third chapter, whether the hadiths that were accepted as primary by other muhaddithis but not included by al-Bukhari in his Sahih have any cause or not is analysed through sample narrations and its connection with the issue of 'sahih hadith' is investigated. Thus, the study tries to present a different perspective by addressing the issue of the situations that al-Bukhari observed in the hadiths he included in his book through 'primary hadiths/primaries' and including the issue of 'primary hadiths that al-Bukhari did not include'.
