Özet
İslam düşünce geleneğinde ahlak üzerine yapılan çalışmalar, çok eski tarihe kadar geri gitmektedir. Özellikle İslam düşünce geleneğini oluşturan üçlü sac ayağında kelam, felsefe ve tasavvufun bulunduğu bilinmekle beraber, incelemesini yapacağımız kitapta yazar Mutezile kelam geleneğinin başat isimlerinden Kadi Abdülcebbar'ı ele almaktadır. Kadi Abdülcebbar İlahi Emir Teorisini reddederek kendi ahlak teorisini inşa etmiştir. Yazar Kadi Abdülcebbar'ın ahlak teorisini irdelerken mensubu olduğu Mutezile ekolünün ahlak ilkelerini de ortaya koymaktadır.
The studies on ethics in the tradition of Islamic thought go back to ancient history. Although it is known that there are theology, philosophy and mysticism in the triple pillars of the Islamic intellectual tradition, in the book we will examine, the author deals with Kadı Abduljabbar, one of the leading names of the Mutazilite theological tradition. Kadı Abduljabbar rejected the theory of divine command and constructed his own moral theory. While analysing Kadı Abduljabbar's moral theory, the author also reveals the moral principles of the Mutezilite school to which he belonged.
