dc.description.abstractÖğretmen adaylarının fen öğretimine yönelik tutum ve temel fen okuryazarlığı düzeyinin belirlenmesi ve fen öğretimine yönelik tutum ve temel fen okuryazarlığı arasındaki ilişkinin belirlenmesi bu çalışmanın temel amacı olarak belirlenmiştir. Bu amacın gerçekleştirilmesi için 198 sınıf öğretmeni adayının katılım gösterdiği bir araştırma uygulaması yapılmıştır. Araştırmada sınıf öğretmenlerinin var olan fen ve teknoloji okuryazarlık seviyeleri ile fen bilimleri ve fen bilgisi öğretiminde yönelik tutumları tespit edileceğinden dolayı nicel araştırma yöntemlerinden tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın veri toplama aracı üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde katılımcıların kişisel bilgilerini belirlemek üzere Demografik Bilgi Formu, ikinci bölümde Fen Öğretimine Yönelik Tutum Ölçeği ve üçüncü bölümde ise Temel Fen Okuryazarlığı Testi'nden oluşmaktadır. Verilerin analizinde sekiz farklı istatistiksel analiz kullanılmış olup verilerin analizinde SPSS 22.00 istatistik paket programı kullanılmıştır. Ulaşılan sonuçlara göre temel fen okuryazarlığı ile fen öğretimi arasında pozitif yönlü bir ilişki bulunmaktadır. Dolayısıyla sınıf öğretmeni adaylarının temel fen okuryazarlığının artması ile birlikte fen öğretimine yönelik tutumları da olumlu yönde gelişmektedir. Araştırma sonunda ulaşılan sonuçlar doğrultusunda önerilerde bulunulmuştur.
dc.description.abstractThe main purpose of this study was to determine the attitudes and basic science literacy levels of classroom teacher candidates towards science teaching and to determine the relationship between attitudes towards science teaching and basic science literacy. In order to achieve this aim, a research application was conducted in which 198 classroom teacher candidates participated. In the study, since the existing science and technology literacy levels of classroom teachers and their attitudes towards science and science teaching will be determined, a survey model, one of the quantitative research methods, was used. The data collection tool of the research consists of three parts. It consists of a Demographic Information Form to determine the personal information of the participants in the first part, the Attitudes towards Science Teaching Scale in the second part, and the Basic Science Literacy Test in the third part. Eight different statistical analyzes were used in the analysis of the data, and the SPSS 22.00 statistical package program was used in the analysis of the data. According to the results, there is a positive relationship between basic science literacy and science teaching. Therefore, with the increase in basic science literacy of primary school teacher candidates, their attitudes towards science teaching are also developing positively. Suggestions were made in line with the results obtained at the end of the research.
